1. CƠ SỞ LÍ LUẬN
1. Cơ sở lí luận
- Căn cứ chương trình GDPT ban hành kèm theo quyết định số 16/2006/QĐ - BGD & ĐT ngày 05 tháng 5 năm
2006 của Bộ
trưởng Bộ Giáo dục và Đào tạo;
- Căn cứ quyết định số1865/QĐ-UBND ngày 21/7/2010 của Chủ tịch Uỷ ban nhân dân tỉnh Hải Dương về việc
ban hành kế hoạch thời gian năm học 2010 – 2011;
- Căn cứ chỉ thị số 02/CT-UBND ngày 26/8/2010 của Uỷ ban nhân dân huyện Gia Lộc về nhiệm vụ trọng tâm
năm học 2010-2011;
- Căn cứ công văn số 176/PGD&ĐT-THCS ngày 26/8/2010 của Phòng Giáo dục & Đào tạo huyện Gia Lộc về
việc hướng dẫn thực hiện nhiệm vụ năm học 2010 – 2011.
- Căn cứ kế hoạch năm học 2010 - 2011. Trường THCS Hồng Hưng xây dựng Kế hoạch bộ môn Anh văn năm
học 2010 – 2011 .
- Tiếp tục chủ trương của năm học 2009 – 2010 về việc triển khai thực hiện chỉ thị số 06/CT - TW của Bộ Chính
trị về cuộc vận động "Học tập và làm theo tấm gương đạo đức Hồ Chí Minh" ; Chỉ thị số 33/2006/CT -TTg của thủ
tướng về chống tiêu cực và khắc phục bệnh thành tích trong giáo dục và cuộc vận động "Hai không" của ngành
- Quán triệt chỉ thị 40/2008/CT - BGD&ĐT ngày 22/7/2008 và kế hoạch số 307/KH - BGD&ĐT ngày 22/7/2008
của Bộ Giáo dục và Đào tạo về phát động hưởng ứng phong trào "Xây dựng trường học thân thiện, học sinh tích cực".
Cán bộ, giáo viên, học sinh tiếp tục đăng kí cam kết và hưởng ứng cuộc vận động "hai không" trong năm học 2008 -
2009. Thực hiện chủ đề "Năm học đổi mới công tác quản lý và nâng cao chất lượng dạy học " do Bộ Giáo dục và Đào
tạo phát động.
- Toàn bộ cán bộ giáo viên phải nghiêm túc thực hiện học tập và làm theo tấm gương đạo đức Hồ Chí Minh, tự
giác học tập hỗ trợ giúp đỡ nhau xây dựng nề nếp lối sống ở nhà trường. Nâng cao năng lực của cán bộ quản lý, đẩy
mạnh cuộc vận động “ Dân chủ – Kỉ cương – Tình thương – Trách nhiệm”, và cuộc vận động “hai không”.
- Thực hiện chế độ kiểm tra, đánh giá xếp loại cho học sinh theo quyết định số 40 ngày 5/10/2006. Chấm trả bài
cho học sinh cẩn thận, đúng thời hạn.
- Mỗi trường học phải thực hiện đầy đủ "3 công khai" và "4 kiểm tra" quy định tại chỉ thị số47/2008/CT-
BGD&ĐT về nhiệm vụ năm học 2008 - 2009. Thực hiện chính sách dân số và kế hoạch hoá gia đình, 100% cán bộ,
giáo viên không vi phạm pháp luật
- Tiếp tục nâng cao chất lượng, hiệu quả việc thực hiện đổi mới chương trình, sách giáo khoa THCS theo tinh

thần Nghị quyết 40/QH10 của quốc hội khoá X, chỉ thị số 14/CT - TTg của thủ tướng chính phủ và hướng dẫn của Bộ
Giáo dục và đào tạo
- Việc kiểm tra, đánh giá kết quả học tập môn học tự chọn được thực hiện theo quyết định 40/2006/QĐ -
BGH&ĐT ngày 5/10/2006 của Bộ Giáo dục và Đào tạo
2. CƠ SỞ THỰC TIỄN
a) Tình hình học sinh
+ Thuận lợi
- Trong năm học 2010- 2011 khối 6 có 72 học sinh chia thành 2 lớp với số nữ là 35 học sinh và số nam là 37 học
sinh Nhà trường chỉ đạo kịp thời sát sao các hoạt động giáo dục. Tạo điều kiện về vật chất, tinh thần đảm bảo cho hoạt
động giảng dạy của thầy và học tập của trò. Đồng thời chỉ đạo dạy học bám sát Chuẩn kiến thức, kĩ năng trong
CTGDPT, tạo điều kiện thuận lợi cho giáo viên, động viên khuyến khích giáo viên tích cực đổi mới phương pháp.
Tổ chuyên môn quan tâm định hướng cho các đồng chí tổ viên thực hiện tốt nhiệm vụ của mình. Có sinh hoạt tổ nhóm
chuyên môn phong phú giúp cho các tổ viên đươc trao đổi thảo luận nâng cao trình độ chuyên môn môn mình phụ
trách.
Về cơ sở vật chất phục vụ giảng dạy: Nhà trường, Ban giám hiệu quan tâm, trang bị sách giáo khoa, sách giáo viên, tài
liệu tham khảo khá đầy đủ. Tranh ảnh, đồ dùng giảng dạy bộ môn tương đối đầy đủ. Có một số trang thiết bị thích hợp
phục vụ công tác giảng dạy.
Giáo viên giảng dạy bộ môn nhiệt tình giảng dạy, tích cực tham khảo tài liệu để phục vụ giảng dạy tốt hơn.
- Về học sinh đa số các em ý thức được tầm quan trọng của bộ môn nên tập trung học tập, tự tạo cho mình hứng thú
tiếp nhận kiến thức một cách có hiệu quả nhất.Sách vở, tài liệu để học tập bộ môn tương đối đầy đủ và chu đáo. Kiến
thức môn tiếng anh lớp 6 gần gũi với các em trong cuộc sống hàng ngày, phần lớn các em đều thích học môn tiếng anh
do vậy việc tiếp thu kiến thức của các em nhanh hơn.Tài liệu tham khảo trên thư viện khá phong phú tạo điều kiện để
các em học tập nâng cao kiến thức của mình.
-Đa số phụ huynh rất quan tâm đến việc học tập của con em.
- Một số dòng họ đã xây dựng được quỹ khuyến học
+ Khó khăn
- Các em hầu hết là con nhà nông nên phần nào chưa có sự đầu tư về mặt thời gian cho các em học tập
- Sự thay sách giáo khoa với kiến thức tổng hợp hơn, bài tập nhiều hơn, nên việc giảng dạy và tiếp thu kiến thức
của các em học sinh còn hạn chế .
- Trong số học sinh còn một số em rất lười học bài, không có ý thức học tập hoặc gia đình chưa tạo điều kiện thuận lợi

cho học tập nên sự tiếp thu còn hạn chế
- Các em còn phải giúp đỡ gia đình nhiều việc nên thời gian dành cho việc học chưa nhiều
- Một số em quá ham thích trò chơi trên mạng Internet nên cũng ảnh hưởng đến việc học tập
b) Tình hình giáo viên
+ Thuận lợi
- Giáo viên dạy đúng phân môn đào tạo, có chuyên môn vững vàng, có năng lực và sáng tạo trong giảng dạy.
- Được sự quan tâm chỉ đạo của ban giám hiệu cùng các cấp chính quyền xã. Giáo viên giảng dạy quen trò và biết thế
mạnh của trò để điều khiển quá trình giảng dạy và sự nhận biết của các em học sinh
- Giáo viên luôn tự học để nâng cao trình độ chuyên môn nghiệp vụ, nhiệt tình trong công tác và có khả năng
phát huy việc đổi mới phương pháp dạy học.
- Giáo viên có kiến thức về môn tin học nên việc ứng dụng công nghệ thông tin vào giảng dạy có nhiều thuận lợi
- Luôn học hỏi trao đổi kinh nghiệm và có sự giúp đỡ nhiệt tình của bạn bè đồng nghiệp, tổ nhóm chuyên môn
và ban Giám hiệu nhà trường.
+ Khó khăn
- Bản thân giáo viên còn hạn chế nhiều về kinh nghiệm giảng dạy và quản lý học sinh
- Tuổi nghề chưa cao nên còn ít kinh nghiệm trong giảng dạy.
+ Cơ sở vật chất
- Có đủ phòng, bàn ghế, quạt điện, đèn điện, sân bê tông sạch sẽ.
- Có đủ nước uống, phòng đọc và hai phòng chức năng.
- Xã còn nghèo nên cơ sở vật chất và sự quan tâm của các ban ngành, hội phụ huynh còn hạn chế
- Chưa có tường bao, lán xe cho giáo viên và học sinh nên việc quản lí cơ sở vật chất và học sinh gặp nhiều khó khăn.
- Phòng học chưa được trang bị thật an toàn (cánh cửa, bàn ghế)
- Phòng chức năng, máy chiếu chưa thể áp dụng thường xuyên.

III - BIỆN PHÁP THỰC HIỆN
1. Đối với giáo viên
- Giáo viên phải có đủ trình độ dạy học theo chương trình SGK tiếng Anh mới
- Phải được bồi dưỡng thường xuyên để nâng cao trình độ chuyên môn nghiệp vụ cũng như phương pháp giảng dạy để
có thể thực hiện chương trình một cách linh hoạt, sáng tạo, hiệu quả và phù hợp với từng đối tượng học sinh.
- Dành nhiều thời gian cho soạn bài và nghiên cứu tài liệu
2. Đối với học sinh
- Tham gia luyện tập thực hành giao tiếp, mạnh dạn tích cực và có chủ định, có hiểu biết về ngôn ngữ khi luyện tập, có
hiểu biết về quy trình học tập và có phương pháp học tập cá nhân
- Kết hợp tốt các hoạt động học tập và làm bài tập về nhà
