Tìm hiểu về các lĩnh vực quản lý dự án ĐTXD theo PMI

Giới thiệu về PMI (Project Management Institute)
- PMI là tập hợp các chỉ số bao gồm các tiêu chuẩn, nghiên cứu giáo dục , xuất bản, kết nối các mạng thông tin…
- Năm 2012 ISO đã công nhận các quy trình quản lý dự án từ bộ tài liệu PMBoK áp dụng cho rất nhiều lĩnh vực QLDA
như : XD , kinh tế, công nghệ thông tin…

Trong Xây Dựng có tất cả 10 lĩnh vực quản lý dự án được thể hiện theo PMI, tùy theo quy mô tính chất của dự án lớn nhở mà sẽ có một ,
một vài hoặc tất cả các hình thức QLDA được áp dụng .
Sau đây chúng ta sẽ tìm hiểu về các lĩnh vực đó.

Human is an important issue in the success of the business. Therefore the
management of human resources is a need to be focused . The objective of
this work is to make the ability of each employee , workers in
manufacturing and construction are important disclosure is shown in the

right place . Not only that we also have to be promoted during group work ,
