Some ss may find the activity “Answer given” difficult.

1. Warm up (1’) Greet and check the Ss’ attendance.
2. Revision (5’)
Ask Ss to read the passages and translate A1. Then answer some questions:
? Is Phong’s school big? Where is Phong’s school?
? Is Thu’s school big? Where is Thu’s school?

cardinal numbers, ordinal numbers and “which” questions to talk about school.

Thu’s school (grade/ class/ numbers/ floor) and themselves.

The “Rubout and remember”, “Predict dialogue” activities may be difficult

V. Anticipated problems
Pronunciation with the third personal pronouns may be difficult for some Ss.

Call on 2 Ss to write ordinal number on the board and others speak out.
Correct and ask Ss to answer the questions.
