Nói rõ cho họ biết nếu có bất kỳ mặt hàng nào mà họ
không có sẵn để giao theo thời hạn đã nêu trong đơn hàng, đề
nghị họ hủy bỏ chứ không gửi hàng thay thế.
Đối với Đơn hàng đầu tiên này công ty Anh / Chị tạm
thời chấp nhận 15% chiết khấu mua buôn và thanh toán bằng 1
thư tín dụng trả tiền ngay trên cơ sở thanh toán đổi chứng từ,
nhưng đối với các đơn hàng tiếp theo, công ty Anh / Chị đề nghị
họ cho hưởng 20% chiết khấu mua buôn và thanh toán bằng L/C
trả sau 60 ngày trên cơ sở chấp nhận đổi chứng từ.
Đề nghị họ hãy quan tâm đặc biệt đến việc thực hiện đơn
hàng này, nhất là thời hạn giao hàng bởi vì công ty anh / chị
giành quyền hủy bỏ đơn hàng hay trả lại hàng hóa với mọi chi
phí và rủi ro họ chịu nếu giao hàng chậm.
Tỏ ý mong muốn việc thực hiện đơn hàng đầu tiên này sẽ làm
cho công ty anh / chị hoàn toàn hài lòng và sẽ dẫn tới quan hệ
buôn bán tốt đẹp giữa 2 bên.

enclosed our trial order No. OR 11/06 for 350 units of Freshman 2004 at the
price of US$750 per unit CIF Haiphong Port including packaging for

2005. Sauk hi nghiên cứu kỹ chào hàng trên, HOACO đã
quyết định đặt hàng số OR 11/06.
Hãy viết 1 bức thư để giám đốc HOACO là Ông
Nguyễn Thành Trung ký gửi kèm với đơn đặt hàng nói
trên với những nội dung chính sau đây:
Đơn đặt hàng này mua thử 350 chiếc Freshman 2004 với
giá CIF Hải Phòng là $750 một chiếc kể cả chi phí bao
bì, giao hàng vào tháng 2/20...
HOACO yêu cầu giao hàng chậm nhất là trung tuần
tháng 2 để kịp thời phân phối cho các đại lý trong toàn
quốc để bán vào đầu mùa hè.
Yêu cầu người bán dùng giấy chống thấm để gói hàng và
đóng vào các thùng cát tông, bên ngoài thùng có ghi địa
chỉ người mua, số đơn hàng, kích cỡ thùng hàng và các

dòng chữ “tránh ướt” và “đề nghị xếp nhẹ tay”.
Xác nhận lại điều khoản thanh toán: Như thỏa thuận qua
điện thoại ngày hôm qua thanh toán sẽ thực hiện theo
phương thức Chấp nhận đổi chứng từ, người bán sau khi
giao hàng sẽ ký phát một hối phiếu trả sau 60 ngày cho
người mua và gửi cùng bộ chứng từ đến ngân hàng giao
dịch của người bán là ngân hàng thương mại Singapore
để ngân hàng này chuyển cho ngân hàng Ngoại thương
Việt Nam.
HOACO đề nghị Brothers gửi trước 1 bộ tài liệu kỹ thuật
bằng 2 thứ tiếng, tiếng Anh và tiếng Việt.
Hiện tại HOACO chưa có khả năng đặt mua Freshman
2005 vì giá còn hơi cao và HOACO không chắc chắn mặt
hàng này sẽ bán chạy ở Việt Nam. Tuy nhiên nếu việc
thực hiện đơn hàng này hoàn toàn làm HOACO hài lòng
và hàng có thị trường ở Việt Nam thì HOACO tin sẽ có

It is essential that the above items be delivered in mid-February in
time for distribution to agents across/ throughout the country /nationwide for
sale in early summer/ for early Summer season.
The goods should be wrapped in water-proof paper and packed in
cartons, marked with the buyer’s address, the order number,
sizes/dimensions/measurements of the cartons and the words: “Keep dry” and
“Handle with care”.
We would like to confirm that the seller will draw a 60-day draft on
the buyer after shipment and attached with a full set of shipping documents
sent to our correspondent bank, the Singapore Commercial Bank which will
transfer the payment to Vietcombank. Payment is on a D/A basis as agreed
on/over the telephone yesterday.

OR (As agreed on the telephone yesterday, we would like to confirm that you
will draw us a Bill of Exchange on a D/A basis at 60 days’sight attached with
a full set of shipping documents sent to our correspondent bank, the
Singapore Commercial Bank which will transfer the payment to
Vietcombank.
Could you please send us in advance a set of technical documents in
both English and Vietnamese?
We regret to inform you that at present we are not in a position to
place an order for Freshman 2005 because its price is rather high and we are
not quite sure that this product will sell well in Vietnam. However, if this
order is completed to our satisfaction and there is a ready market for them in
Vietnam, we hope to deal in this item on other occasions.
