I/ Aims and objectives:
* Language content:
-Introduces a short folktale “The lost shoes” about an honest, poor life of Little Pea that is
the same to the character “Cam”
*Language function:
-To enable the students to practice their reading skill to read a short folktale
* Educational aim :
-To educate the students to become good citizens.
1. Language:
a. Vocabulary: broken heart, prince, fairy, rag, magically, change (something into
something)
b. Structures: - Simple past
2. Skills: - Integrated skills
3. Educational factor:
- Build up a good character .
II/ Teacher and students' preparation:
1. Method : - Communicative approach.
2. Techniques: Question-Answer, Repetition, statements ordering ,Gap-filling, Game,
pair work and group work..
3. Materials needed: Picture, cassette player, flash cards


4. Students' preparation: : New words and phrases
5. Previous exercises: Summarize the story (last period )
