INTRODUCTION
We are living in a new era of bright development of information technology.
Information technology is growing increasingly powerful and widely used in all
areas such as production, sales, management, training ... Information technology has
played an important role and not integral in the development of society.
In Vietnam, information technology is widely used in most businesses and it
has plays an important role in the development of every business. By the
development of information technology, the business is easier to keep records and
documents through each stage; it is more favorable for business, access to the
updated information for the operation of the business...
Recognizing the importance of information systems, Viet Management
Consultant Co,.Ltd has apply information technology in almost all activities of the
company from the beginning. Here I am pleased to present the status of the business
as well as long-term strategies in the application of information technology.

skills courses, recruitment consultants for businesses...

Personnel structure



Board of directors: have 4 members and they had the highest decision in the
company. Board of directors gives the development direction, vision and
operational strategy, business development plan in medium and long term.




Leadership: 1 manager and vice manager
+ Manager directly manage and general operating activities of the company.
Manager is allowed to make decisions within the scope of powers and is
allowed to report directly to the board.
+ Vice Manager: Support director in managing and operating companies.



The chief of department and senior department: have in charge of the
operations of each department.

Facilities and equipment
At the beginning of the founding of the company, with the purpose is creating

the best conditions for business operations and consistent with the field of the
company, the board of director and the leadership have the construction of facilities
with full equipment associated with each function of department and operation of
the company. These include:


Manager department: be equipped : 1 phone, 1 laptop, 1 printer and office
stationeries



Vice Manager: 1 phone, 1 laptop, 1 printer and office stationeries.



Other department: Each department be equipped 2 telephones, 10 computers
and 1 printers.

Office: 1 telephone, 1 computer, 1 multi-function machine with scan and fax, 1
photocopy,



Meeting room: 1 computer, 1 projector.



Training department: 5 training rooms are equipped 1 desktop, 1 projector, 1 set
of speakers and a microphone.



All of the rooms are installed air conditional
The computer systems of the company are connected to the Internet with fiber

optic lines provided by VNPT.

SITUATION OF APPLICATION IT IN THE COMPANY

Application of IT in the company

Along with the development of information technology in the enterprise, Viet
Management Company has applied information technology in the most of field of
the management, business and training. Specifically as follows:



The company installed a computer system for the management, business in all
departments, and computer systems for organization of training courses, short
term courses.



All the company's computers are connected to the Internet via fiber optic lines
provided by VNPT with transmission speed is 40MB / s. Beside it, the whole
computer in the department are connected to the internal network to facilitate
the work.

The computers are installed the latest software applications along with the
application which is in accordance with the expertise of each department.

IT level of staff
Vietmanagement is one of the companies which operating in the field of

recruitment and personnel training so from the initial establishment of the company,
Viet Management has always focused on construction of personnel have the good

level of expertise, and companies require staff to have qualified in English and
information technology. With the selection of the input is 100% employee at the
company must satisfy about qualifications and expertise which match with the
vacancy, the employee must have a certificate on the office computer and using a
proficient computer with applications.
Accounting department, administrative and human resourcse department are
trained on how to use the software for each job.
IT department has 4 members who are trained and have responsible about IT of
the entire company.

The company has equipped facilities and equipment which is suitable with the
individual's work, each department.



All the company's computer configuration consistent with the nature of work,
the installation and integration of functions supported software of each
department. In addition, all computers are connected to the Internet for work.



The company is also equipped with software for management and the
professional work of the department.

For example: accounting department except Microsoft application software, the the
computer also be installed accounting software, antivirus software, attendance
software by fingerprint


The whole staffs that use computer have beel trained on how to use computer,
some softwares for work.

Weekness



The software is currently used mostly unlicensed software or trial software
(except for Accounting software and Attendance software) so the errors usually
occur during use.



Because only 1 server so when it has problem, it can not promptly replaced and
leading to disruptions in the internet system of company.

Company does not have human resource management software, management
of candidates. Currently, the sales staff just enter the data in a excel file.



Although employees have been trained in basic on IT but still not avoid the
error and can not repair by one self.

With the trend of the development of IT, the approaching with the modern
software, cheap cost is one of the opportuinity for all of enterprises.



Beside it, the company has young staff with ability to acquire and familiar with
new technologies very quickly.

Challenge



Information Technology is developing so rapidly so the company needs specific
directions on IT to catch up and ensure the application of new technologies into
operational and business management of the company.
