PREFACE
The Primory Mothemdtics Pockoge comprises textbooks,
workbooks, teocher's guides ond oudio-visuol moteriols.

The moin feoture of the pockoge is the use of the Concrete Pictoriol + Abstrqct opprooch. The pupils ore provided with the
necessory leorning experiences beginning with the concrete ond
pictoriol stoges, followed by the obstroct stoge to endble them to
leorn mothematics meoningfully. Like the previous editions of the
pockoge, this edition encouroges octive thinking processes,
communicotion of mathemoticol ideos ond problem solvinq.
This textbook is cccomponied by two workbooks ond o teocher's
guide. lt comprises 9 units. Eoch unit is divided into ports: @, @,
