1. Giới thiệu chương trình
Sách tiếng anh 8 gồm 16 đơn vò bài họcvà chia thành 6 chủ điểm lớn:
You and me , education, commuity , health, recreation, the world around
- Tổng số tiết : 105 3 tiết/ tuần
- Kết thúc 3 đơn vò bài học có 1 bài kiểm tra 1 tiết
2. Hướng dẫn cách học :
- Getting started: Ôn từ vựng có liên quan đến chủ đề bài học và khai thác thêm từ vựng

phù hợp với chủ đề bài học.
- Listen and read: Giới thiệu nội dung ,chủ đề , các từ ngữ, cấu trúc hay chức năng ngôn ngữ mới
- Speak: Rèn luyện kỹ năng giao tiếp theo chủ đề được sử dụng thường ngày trong đời sống.
- Listen: Rèn luyện kỹ năng nghe: Nghe điền từ , nghe chọn đáp án đúng, nghe để có thông tin.
Phải rèn luyện nghe nhiều sau mỗi bài học.
- Read: Mở rộng nội dung chủ điểm , cách sử dụng ngữ liệu đã học vào tình huống ngữ cảnh mới
làm phong phú thêm vốn từ và khắt sâu kiến thức đã học
- Write: Rèn luyện kó năng viết câu theo từ gợi , viết đoạn văn theo mục đích yêu cầu nhất đònh
nhằm mở rộng óc sáng tạo và ôn luyện ngữ pháp.
