Dear Sir or Madam
I am writing to apply for the part-time position of a librarian which was
advertised in Ask For Jobs website a week ago. Reflecting on the requirements
of the job. I think my qualities, skills and my experiences could definitely meet
them. Additionally, to be a recruited and to work for the fabulous university has
been my dream for ages.
I am quite sure that I have a long experience of doing a librarian’s work for the
NMIT library and another one-year working for the Kensington City Council as
a library customer service officer. I have had some awards for being the
employee of the moth. I believe I can do the work to your satisfaction as I was
also rated as hardworking, honest, and responsible by both customers and the
employers.
As for foreign languages, I have a certificate in English at level C. As well, I
speak French pretty fluency since my father is a professor of French.
I am looking forward to an interview and if I am hired, I will available for work
at any time.
Enclosed are a copy of my résumé and a letter of reference.
Sincerely yours,

Joaquin Li
