Miss Earth 2010, the 10th edition of Miss Earth beauty pageant, will be held in Nha Trang,
Vietnam in November. The announcement was made in a ceremony at the Legend Saigon Hotel
in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam on January 28, 2010. This event is being organized by Thanh Nien
newspaper, Thanh Nien Media Corp. and Carousel Production Inc. After a month of competition,
delegates from 84 countries and territories competed for the title of Miss Earth 2010 in beautiful
<i><b>Vietnam. Miss India, Nicole Faria was announced as Miss Earth 2010, taking over the reign of</b></i>
Larissa Ribeiro Ramos, Miss Earth 2009. Unlike other pageants, there was no "runner-up" in that
sense. Instead the titles of Miss Earth-Air, Miss Earth-Water and Miss Earth-Fire are bestowed on
