(In the case of irregular training demand form depts, Head of dept will send the training requisity
(Form.HR.02.02) to training team. That requisity will be submitled to P.Manager/ BOD when it is reasonable.

Before taking course, the attendant should sign the plege of training(Form.HR.02.03) and send it to
training team. For the internal courses or lectures held at company, the attendants do not need to have the
