ĐẶC DIỂM TÌNH HÌNH CÁC LỚP DẠY Được phân công giảng dạy lớp 11A2, là một lớp có phong trào học tiếng anh cũng khá sôi nổi. Tuy nhiên beân caïnh những thuận lợi đó vaãn coøn toàn taïi một số khoù khaên, cụ thể: Thuận lợi: - Đa số các em đều là học sinh ngoan hiền, dễ bảo, năng nổ, tích cực trong học tập cũng như trong việc tham gia phát biểu xây dựng bài. - Học sinh đã tiếp xúc với môn Tiếng Anh, đặc biêt. là chương trình tiếng anh cải cách ở cấp hai và ở chương trình lớp 10 nên các em đã có một số kiến thức, từ vựng cơ bản, phần lớn học sinh cảm thấy hứng thú, say mê học tập - Các em học sinh khá giỏi ở các lớp không ngừng cố gắng học tập để nâng cao kiến thức cho mình, bên cạnh đó còn giúp đỡ các bạn yếu kém trong học tập cũng như khi hoạt động pairwork, groupwork.. . - Các em yÙ thức được tầm quan trọng của môn Tiếng Anh nên nhiều em đã có sự cố gắng, đặc biệt là những em hoc sinh khá, giỏi Khoù khaên: - Phần lớn các em học sinh không có sách tham khảo, ngoại trừ sách giáo khoa. . - Trong một lớp học, sự chênh lệch về trình độ kiến thức giữa các em học sinh là rất lớn. Số lượng học sinh yếu kém còn rất cao, nhiều em thiếu khả năng lĩnh hội tri thức mới - Lớp học đông học sinh nên việc sử dụng phương pháp giảng dạy mới ,việc tổ chức hoạt động pairwork, groupwork chưa thật sự hiệu quả. - Một số học sinh chưa nắêm được phương pháp học tập, học sau quên trước, đặc biệt rất lười học từ vựng, sử dụng sách học tốt tuỳ tiện, thiếu khoa hoïc.. BIỆN PHÁP NÂNG CAO CHẤT LƯỢNG. - Khuyến khích học sinh thành lập nhóm học tập ở nhà để các em học khá có thể giúp đỡ các em yếu kém - Tăng cường tổ chức hoạt động pairwork, groupwork trong các tiết học để những em nhút nhát có điều kiện nói Tiếng Anh nhiều hơn. - Thường xuyên kiểm tra miệng, kiểm tra 15 phút, cho bài tập thêm ở nhà và kiểm tra vở bài tập cuối mỗi tiết học.
