There are many famous and delicious Vietnamese dishes. But I like <b>Sea Food Hot Pot</b> (Lau Hai San) most. I can
also cook it. Today I’d like to present how to cook this food.

It’s easy for us to cook this food. We need prepare some ingredients as following:
- a half of kilo of pork bone

- some shrimps, some cuttle-fish, some shell, ….
- a piece of cod, two crabs

- some vegetables and some rice noodle

- some spice (salt, sugar, pepper, red pepper … )

Firstly, we prepare the water of hot pot. Pork bone is cut into small pieces. We put them in a big pan and stew them with
two liters of water about 30 minutes with a big fire. After that we add some spice. Then we pour this water into a pot.

Secondly, we prepare sea food and vegetables. The shrimps are shelled. The cuttle-fish is sliced into small pieces. All of
them and vegetables are cleaned. All kinds of sea food are contained in a big plate. And all kinds of vegetables are
contained in a small basket.

Finally, we use a small gas stove which is used for the hot pot in order to cook the water of hot pot prepared until it boils
again. And then we put all kinds of sea food and vegetables into this pot in turns. With a big fire, we can enjoy it with rice
noodle after waiting about five minutes.

often watch TV or listen to music from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. And then I have a jog around the park near my house about
thirty minutes. Then I go back to my house and take a bath. Finally I go to bed at 10 p.m.

I have a friend who studied with me at high school. He has lived far from me after he had got married. Sometimes he visits

me and asks me for money. And I have lent him whenever he asks me. He has borrowed many times but he has never paid
back to me. The amount of money borrowed from me was not big. But the total was too big. While I tried to find the way to
tell him give back to me, he came and asked for more money. As he used to be my best, I felt so difficult to refuse to his
borrowing. He promised that he would pay all back to me in the following week. Furthermore, I’m very helpful. Therefore, I
lent him once more. And I believed him. When coming the date, he broke his promise. I felt so burned with impatience. I
came to his house for this problem. Although I knew he was staying his upstairs, he found every way not to meet me. I was
both disappointed and angry with him. After that I decided to return home. When I left his house about 20 meters, I met one
of his neighbors, Mr. Hai. He said to me: “He has been addicted to drugs for 6 months. He has asked for money from many
people and even become a thief”. After hearing, I seemed that I couldn’t believe of what I heard. And it was really a great
shock to me.

Will you please give me some advices that what I can do to help him give up addicting and stealing so that he can become a
good man. We will be closed friends forever. And I can get my money from him in the nearest future.

No one that hasn’t got any mistakes in his life. And it is very shy for everyone to tell about his mistakes. But I think it
is more important that he can have a right awareness of his mistakes and never has these ones again. Do you agree with
me?

For me, I myself have a big mistake too. Today when we focus on talking about the mistakes, I would like to tell you
about that big mistake I made.

I still remember that day which was a heavily rained day. After finishing classes at my school, I didn’t go home but
stayed at my school for some work for the teaching festival which I myself took part in the next day. When I finished, It was
10:30 p.m. Because my house was very far from my school, I was so hurried. Therefore I drove to my house with a very high
speed. It continuously rained. This made me feel very uncomfortable and difficult to view the long distance in front of me

while driving. When I drove through a quiet field road, I got a higher speed. Suddenly, I hit a man who was riding a bike in the
other direction. He fell down. At that time I was so frightened and embarrass. I didn’t know what I had to do. Furthermore I
feared that the police would arrest me, punish me and keep my motorbike. And I had to spend a lot of money on looking after
him. Especially, It could affect to my teaching festival. I let him alone there as if there were nothing happening. I came home
and went to bed but I couldn’t sleep and always thought about my action until the next morning. I got up very early and felt so
regretful. Before coming to the Teaching Festival, I had decided coming to the place where I caused the accident in order to
get some information about him, his house, his family to meet him for the truth and to say “terribly sorry to him”. Fortunately,
he fainted and had some scratches in his hands and face only. He had no problem. Although he forgave me, I was too shy
and regretful. And I myself promise that I’ll not make that mistake in my life again.

According to the statistics in the graph of participation in Higher Education rated by Sex and Home Location in
1989, we can easily recognize that sex and areas in higher education in Australia in 1989 was unequal. The rate of female
students was higher than the rate of male students. In urban area, there were 43% of female ones and 40 % of male ones. In
rural area, there were 32% female ones and 26%.male ones. In remote area, female ones were 27% and male ones were
21%. And students coming from urban area were more than students coming from the rural area and remote area. The
remote area was the least.

And we also easily see that this inequality with the statistics in the chart of Students in Higher Education in 1989. In
urban area, the total number of students were 320 561. And female students were 52.3%. In rural area, there were 77 925
students with 54.85% of female ones. And remote area, there were only 13 959 students participating. The rate of female
ones was 54.8%. The total of students in higher education in Australia in 1989 were 412 445 students. The rate of female

students was 52.3%. This rate was higher than the rate of male students.

resources. In order to decrease air pollution and to save energy, today, I would like to introduce a car of the future designed
by me which is environmentally clean, convenient and comfortable for both its driver and others mates.

It is a car which will not cause air pollution like the cars we used at the present because it is the car which can drive
by electricity or solar energy. It has a machine with three wheels instead of four. And It will be able to drive itself along
“intelligent” roads, equipped with built-in power suppliers. It will be able to pick up their fuel during long journeys from a power
source built in road, or store it in small quantities for traveling in the city.

Instead of today’s seating arrangements - two in front, two or three or behind, all facing forward - the 2010 car
designed by me will have a versatile interior with adult and children in a family circle. It will not need drivers because
computer will provide safe driving control and route finding. The driver will have to do is say where to where to go and the
computer will do the rest. It will become impossible for car to crash into one another because computers will control all. It
can bring safety for us. Therefore, it can help drivers and users feel very comfortable while driving.

Ancient building in our city is being pulled down for the construction of supermarket in the site.
Therefore, there are many different opinions on it. According to me, I oppose this construction. Now I
would like to tell my views on this matter.

Firstly, this is an ancient building which is still used. Therefore, I think It should be used for a
museum or another purpose. It shouldn’t be pulled out. If pulling out it, it is very wasteful.

Secondly, This is a building which can tell us about the history of development of our city
because it is one of ancient buildings built in our city since establishing and building the city.
Therefore, I think It can be also used for a tourist place like many ancient ones in others cities. And I
think It will be an interesting place for tourists to visit when coming to our city. It can help the tourists
coming from in our country and in the world study about its architecture and understand about the
history of building of our city. Therefore, I think It mustn’t be pulled out.

Finally, I think this site used for building supermarket is not suitable because here is an ancient
town in our city. If We build an modern construction, It will be able to break down all the atmosphere
and the space here. Moreover, the square in this site is small. Therefore, I think It is not suitable for us
to build a big and modern supermarket. This supermarket should be built in another site or area which
has a bigger square and is more suitable in our city.

Indeed, This is an ancient building which I think it is very necessary for us to restore and
reserve. I think It shouldn’t be pulled out. Our city is large. Therefore, I think we can find another
position is suitable for construction of supermarket.
