PURPOSE/MỤC ĐÍCH

This method statement is established to be applied for steel structure installation of pipe rack &
steel structure, platform, handrail, leaders, case, grating, and floor deck plate.
Mục đích của tài liệu là dùng để hướng dẫn công tác lắp đặt kết cấu thép của dạng giá đỡ ống,
sàn, tay vịn, cầu thang, sàn thao tác.
This procedure provides the general requirement of pipe rack steel structure to be erected in
accordance with code and standards, design drawing, shop drawing and specification.
Đây là quy trình cung cấp các yêu cầu chung của việc lắp đặt kết cấu thép dạng gối đỡ ống phù
hợp với các tiêu chuẩn, bản vẽ thiết kế, bản vẽ gia công chế tạo và các tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật khác.
It shall be applied at the Long Son Petrochemicals Co., Ltd (LSP) site for structure steel erection.
Tài liệu này được áp dụng tại công trường nhà Nhà máy lọc hoá dầu Long Sơn cho việc lắp đặt
kết cấu thép.
2.

SCOPE AND INTRODUCTION/PHẠM VI CÔNG VIỆC VÀ GIỚI THIỆU CHUNG

2.1 SCOPE/PHẠM VI CÔNG VIỆC
The scope of erection works includes, but is not limited to, the receipt, handling, storage, assembly at grade (if necessary) and subsequent installation of structure, QC inspection and testing
of steel structure. Detail scope shall be followed as split on document OL1-2R02-0104-0-MS1800: Technical Specification for Steel Structure Erection.
Phạm vi công việc lắp đặt bao gồm, nhưng không giới hạn như giao nhận, lưu kho, tổ hợp tại
công trường (nếu cần thiết) và tuần tự các bước lắp đặt, kiểm tra và nghiệm thu kết cấu thép.

Chi tiết phạm vi công việc sẽ được nêu trong tài liệu số OL1-2R02-0104-0-MS-1800: Tiêu chuẩn
kỹ thuật lắp đặt kết cấu thép.

Erection Sequence/Trình tự lắp đặt

- After erection, completed steel structures including miscellaneous items (such as grouting,
handrails, ladder, etc), prior to welding and final bolting, shall be totally inspected for
accuracy of construction and to ensure that all dimensions are as specified.
Sau khi lắp đặt, tất cả các chi tiết kết cấu thép đã hồn thành bao gồm các hạng mục phụ
trợ (vữa khơng ngót, tay vịn, cầu thang…), trước khi hàn và siết bu lông, phải được kiểm
tra tổng thể công tác tác thi cơng và đảm bảo rằng tất cả các kích thước đã đảm bảo theo
yêu cầu của tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật.
- Inspection records shall be prepared by the Subcontractor and shall be submitted to
Contractor for approval.

Final Inspection/Nghiệm thu hoàn thành:
- The draft final inspection shall be done between the QC engineer, Site Engineer and Team
Leader to ensure the quality compliance and planning for repair, clean and touch-up. The
record must be signed-off and documented as a part of contract.
Biên bản nghiệm thu hoàn thành sẽ được thự hiện giữa kỹ sư chất lượng, kỹ sư cơng trường
và trưởng các nhóm thi cơng để đảm bảo chất lượng phù hợp và có kế hoạch sửa chữa,

- The official final inspection shall be completed with a witness of client’s representative.
The record must be signed-off and documented as a part of the contract.

Material Receiving, Preservation, Handling/Nhận vật tư, bảo quản, bàn giao

8.2.1. Material Receiving and Checking/Nhận vật tư và kiểm tra
-

Contractor receives the materials at the construction site and delivers them to the installation location by Trailer and boom Truck. During the transportation process, material is

packed, tighten and lashing permanent on Trailer or Boom truck crane 10 ton to antifalling and dropping. Materials will be arranged neatly, separated and do not get stuck
with any access way. The Crane for loading/unloading material shall be arranged base on
the weight of members that packed.
Nhà thầu nhận vật tư tại bãi chứa vật tư ở công trường và vận chuyển đến vị trí lắp đặt
bằng bằng xe rơmc và xe cẩu thùng. Trong suốt q trình vận chuyển, các vật tư đã
được đóng gói, chèn buộc cố định trên xe rơmoóc or xe cẩu thùng 10 tấn để chống ngã đổ
và rơi. Vật tư sẽ được bố trí sắp xếp gọn gàng, tách rời và khơng làm cản trở lối đi. Cẩu
kéo để nâng hạ vật tư sẽ được bố trí phù hợp dựa vào khối lượng của cấu kiện đã đóng
gói.

- The Materials Controller shall also be responsible for checking Heat Nos., Tag Nos. or
Serial Nos. to ensure that they are visible on members… and verifying Heat Nos., Serial
Nos. or Tag Nos. against the mill certificate.
Nhân viên quản lý vật tư sẽ chịu trách nhiệm kiểm tra số mã số, tên cấu kiện hoặc số lô
đảm bảo rằng các vật tư đã nhận phù hợp với chứng chỉ xuất xưởng.
- The Material Manager shall receive all steel structures in accordance with the procedure
and shall be responsible for checking quantity and type of materials indicated in the packing list and QC inspector checks for quality. The damages shall be immediately notified to
take the required measures.
Nhân viên quản lý vật tư sẽ nhận kết cấu thép phù hợp với quy trình và sẽ chịu trách nhiệm
cho việc kiểm tra số lượng và chủng loại vật tư hiển thị trên danh mục đóng gói và bộ
phận kiểm sốt chất lượng kiểm tra về mặt chất lượng. Các hư hỏng sẽ ngay lập tức được
thông báo đến các bên liên quan theo yêu cầu của quy trình bảo quản vật tư của Tổng
thầu.
- After materials have been received, all information will be recorded on the Material Receiving Inspection Report (MRIR).
Sau khi vật tư đã được nhận, tất cả các thông tin sẽ được lưu trên báo cáo kiểm tra nhận
vật tư.

Material Storage/Bảo quản vật tư
- Storage areas are to be properly graded, flattened and made free from water. Structural
members products shall be stored off the ground on wooden or concrete blocks with rubber
padding to separate material and concrete blocks with a minimum ground clearance of 300
mm.
Khu vực lưu trữ được phân loại chính xác, bằng phẳng và khơng đọng nước. Các cấu kiện
thành phẩm đã được lưu trữ trên mặt đất có kê gỗ hoặc trên các khối bê tơng có lót tấm
cao su cao hơn bề mặt để khoảng 300mm.
- High strength bolts, mild steel bolts and electrodes are to be stored in a watertight and dry
place. Especially high strength bolts shall be stocked in vinyl bags and do not open until
they will be used. Any movement of material shall be under control at all times.
Bu lông cường độ cao, bu lơng cường độ trung bình và que hàn điện được lưu trữ ở nơi
kín nước và khơ ráo. Đặc biệt là bu lông cường độ cao sẽ được chứa trong túi ni lông và
không mở cho đến khi chúng được sử dụng. Mọi công tác di chuyển vật tư sẽ phải được
kiểm soát đầy đủ theo quy trình Dự án.

8.2.3 Preservation/Bảo quản
- All materials shall be protected against corrosion, physical damage, painting, welding arc
and any other form of deterioration during the period of storage.
Tất cả các vật tư phải được bảo vệ chống ăn mòn, hư hỏng vật lý, sơn, mối hàn và các hư
hỏng khác trong quá trình lưu kho.
- Material shall be stored in the Project dedicated steel stockyard until required for use. Steel
plates shall be stored off the ground on wooden or concrete blocks with rubber padding to
separate material and concrete blocks. A minimum of 300 mm ground clearance shall be

provided to keep above level of any standing water. Stacking shall be avoided where practicable and where necessary shall be done in such a manner as to avoid damage.
Vật tư sẽ được lưu trữ ở kho theo quy định cho đến khi được yêu cầu sử dụng. Thép tấm
sẽ được để trên mặt đất có kê gỗ hoặc trên các tấm bê tơng có lót cao su. Khoảng cách tối
thiểu của gối kê phải cao hơn mức nước trên mặt đất là 300mm. Việc xếp chồng phải được
tránh ở những nơi có thể thực hiện được và khi cần thiết phải được thực hiện theo cách

phù hợp để tránh thiệt hại.
- Structural Tubular products shall be stored off the ground on wooden or concrete blocks
with rubber padding to separate material and concrete blocks with a minimum ground
clearance of 100 mm. When tubular are stored in this manner care shall be taken to ensure
the items are wedged to prevent rolling. Small tubular (less than 610mm diameter) will be
stacked no more than 5 layers high, large tubular (610 mm) will be stacked no more than
3 layers high.
Các cấu kiện hình ống sẽ được lưu trữ trên mặt đất có kê gỗ hoặc trên các cấu kiện bê
tơng với kích thước tối thiểu là 100mm. Khi cấu kiện được lưu trữ theo cách này, cần phải
cẩn thận để đảm bảo các cấu kiện được nêm để tránh lăn. Các cấu kiện nhỏ (nhỏ hơn
đường kính 610mm) sẽ được xếp chồng cao khơng quá 5 lớp. Các cấu kiện lớn (lớn hơn
đường kính 610mm) sẽ được xếp chồng cao không quá 3 lớp.
8.2.4 Handling/Giao nhận
- On arrivals of critical, extra-large or important equipment, handling of such equipment
shall be carried out with witness of contractor and owner.
Các cấu kiện quan trọng, kích thước quá khổ hoặc là thiết bị quan trọng, công tác giao
nhận thiết bị sẽ được thực hiện với sự chứng kiến của Tổng thầu và Chủ đầu tư.
- Lifting equipment and vehicle shall be test and certificated by local authorities and checked
by TPSK’s Safety department before use. Any damaged equipment or equipment which
has not effective rated loads shall not be used.

Thiết bị nâng hạ và xe vận chuyển sẽ được kiểm tra và cấp chứng nhận bởi cơ quan có
thẩm quyền và được kiểm tra bởi bộ phận an toàn của TPSK trước khi sử dụng. Thiết bị
bị hỏng hoặc không đủ tải sẽ không được sử dụng.
- The weight, lifting points, or center of gravity indicated on the crate, skid, or package by
the shipper shall be utilized to ensure proper handling during loading, transferring between
carries and unloading.
Trọng lượng, điểm nâng hoặc trọng tâm được chỉ định trên thùng, máng trượt hoặc cấu
kiện đã đóng gói bởi đơn vị giao hàng sẽ được sử dụng để đảm bảo xử lý đúng trong quá
trình nâng hàng, di chuyển giữa thiết bị vận chuyển hàng và thiết bị hạ hàng.
- During handling and lifting of coated steelwork, the steelwork shall be separate from wires
and lashings by rubber padding in such manner that the coatings are not damaged or discolored. Free end shall be stiffened, measures shall be taken to prevent permanent distortion. Machined surfaces and faying shall be protected.

Trong suốt quá trình giao nhận và nâng hạ các cấu kiện đã sơn, thì các cấu kiện sẽ được
cách ly với dây buột bằng tấm lót cao su tại vị trí buộc để đảm bảo không gây hư hỏng bề
mặt sơn. Đầu tự do phải được cố định và thực hiện các biện pháp phù hợp để ngăn ngừa
biến dạng vĩnh viễn. Các bề mặt cơ khí và lớp phủ phải được bảo vệ.
- Adequate caution shall be paid before and during rigging in order not to cause damage to
surface.
Chú ý cẩn thận trong trước và suốt quá trình chằng buộc để không là nguyên nhân làm hư
hỏng bề mặt.
- When stacking is necessary, refer to instructions from shipper or manufacturer and mark
on boxes/crates for limit of stacks. Stacks should not excess that limit.

9.1

Survey of Foundation and top column of PC pipe rack/Khảo sát nền móng ở vị trí lắp
đặt dưới đất và trên đỉnh của kết cấu bê tông
- Foundation connect surface and top column PC pipe rack shall be cleaned against sand
and dust before checking level as per drawing.
Bề mặt liên kết móng đưới đất và trên đỉnh của kết cấu bê tông phải được làm sạch cát và
bụi lại thêm một lần nữa trước khi kiểm tra cao độ theo bản vẽ.
- Plant Construction reference point (datum line and level) shall be confirmed and equipment centerline shall be marked on the foundation clearly.
Điểm tham chiếu xây dựng nhà máy (đường chuẩn và cao độ) phải được xác nhận và
đường tâm của thiết bị phải được đánh dấu rõ ràng trên nền móng.
- Position of centerline, anchor bolt, anchor frame and anchor bolt height shall be inspected and recorded. If these records do ot match the drawings; the civil construction
engineer has full responsibility to rectify these non-conformances with in tolerance
limit.

Vị trí đường tâm, bu lơng neo, khung neo và chiều cao bu lông neo sẽ được kiểm tra và
ghi lại. Nếu kết quả kiểm tra không phù hợp với bản vẽ thì kỹ sư thi cơng xây dựng phải
chịu hoàn toàn trách nhiệm điều chỉnh các điểm không phù hợp trong giới hạn cho
phép.
- Erection supervisor only confirms. If all of records within tolerance and erection work
can be started.
Giám sát phụ trách kỹ thuật lắp đặt chỉ xác nhận, nếu tất cả các thông số đo đạt trong
dung sai cho phép và công tác lắp đặt có thể bắt đầu.
- The foundation checks to be performed follow clause 10 of document no. OL1-2R020104_Technical Specification for Steel Structures Erection.

Common scaffoding shall be designed and calculation base document no. 036909C-1000MS-6890-0001-0: Technical specification for scaffolding works. It is designed and calculation with load weight 150 kg/m2, 200 kg/m2 and max 250 kg/m2. PTSC shall submit
Method statement for scaffolding erection to TPSK/LSP for approval before commencing
scaffolding work.
Giàn giáo treo sẽ được thiết kế và tính tốn dựa trên tài liệu tiêu số. 036909C-1000-MS6890-0001-0: Tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật cho công tác lắp đặt giàn giáo. Giàn giao treo được
thiết kế tính toán với tải trọng chịu đựng trên 1 m2 sàn gồm 3 mức chịu tải trọng gồm:
Chịu tải nhẹ 150 kg/m2, chịu tải trung bình 200 kg/m2 và chịu tải nặng 250 kg/m2. PTSC
sẽ đệ trình biện pháp lắp đặt giàn giáo đến TPSK/LSP phê duyệt trước khi tiến hành công
tác lắp đặt giàn giáo.
Common scaffoding shall be erected at leveling 16m and worker can access the top column of PC pipe rack. Please refer to "Document no. OL1-2D94-0032_Site access checklist for common scaffolding erection" for detail calculation.
Giàn giáo sẽ được lắp đặt ở cao độ 16m và công nhân có thể thao tác thực hiện cơng việc
trên đỉnh của kết cấu dạng bê tông đúc sẵn. Chi tiết bảng tính tham chiếu đến tài liệu
OL1-2D94-0032_Hồ sơ cơng tác lắp đặt giàn giáo.

Chipping& Padding/Đục nhám bề mặt bê tông và chèn đệm lót
- Chipping concrete: The foundation concrete surface and top column PC pipe rack will
be chipped approximately 10-15 mm and the chipped surface is cleaned.
Phá dỡ bề mặt bê tơng: Bề mặt móng bê tơng dưới đất và trên đỉnh cột kết cấu bê tông
sẽ được đục tạo nhám từ 10 mm đến 15 mm và bề mặt sau đục nhám phải được vệ sinh

Assembly and Scaffolding Work/Công tác tổ hợp và lắp đặt giàn giáo ở dưới đất

Assemble main frame columns and beams/Tổ hợp cột và dầm của khung chính
- Layout supports, level checking and adjustment.
Bố trí giá đỡ, kiểm tra cao độ và điều chỉnh.
- Using 50T Mobile Crane to lift Columns on the supports.

- Lifting Beams to connect with Columns.

- Bolt-tightening work should be done after finishing assembly work.

- Every erected steel component shall be free from contamination, twist and distortion.

- Correction of minor misfits and a reasonable amount of reaming and cutting shall be considered a legitimate part of erection. Reaming or cutting shall be reported immediately and

Công tác sửa chữa các lỗi nhỏ với số lượng hợp lý của việc khoan và cắt sẽ được coi là
một phần của công tác lắp đặt tổ hợp. Việc khoan hoặc cắt sẽ phải được báo cáo ngay lập
tức và phải được phê duyệt biện pháp sửa chữa trước khi sửa chữa các lỗi liên kết.
- If required, additional drilling of beams, columns or other components shall be made to
remedy fabrication mismatch/faults, magnetic base drills shall be used for such work.
Nếu được yêu cầu, việc khoan bổ sung lỗ trên dầm, cột hoặc các bộ phận khác sẽ được
thực hiện để khắc phục sự cố do lỗi gia công chế tạo, máy khoan từ sẽ được sử dụng để
thực hiện công tác khoan lỗ.

Scaffolding work on ground/Lắp đặt giàn giáo dưới đất
- Install working platform and ladder along column to be convenient for install beam and
tighten bolts. If in case position the manlift can’t access to perform install beam and tighten
bolt.
Lắp đặt sàn thao tác và thang dọc cột để tiện lợi trong việc lắp đặt dầm và siết bu lông.
Nếu trong trường hợp ở các vị trí xe nâng người khơng truy cập vào được để thực hiện lắp
dầm và siết bu lông.
- First of all, the scaffoldings shall be arranged with platforms at 1.2m lower floor elevation. The extension scaffolding shall be done in platforms.
Đầu tiên, giàn giáo sẽ được sắp xếp với dạng sàn thao tác ở 1.2m thấp hơn cao độ sàn.
Giàn giáo mở sộng sẽ được thực hiện trên sàn thao tác.
- After finish a bay (4 columns and beams, bracings), extension parts shall be release to
moving scaffolding.
Sau khi hoàn thành 1 khung (4 cột và thanh giằng chéo), phần mở rộng của giàn giáo
sẽ được giải phóng để di chuyển đến phân đoạn tiếp theo.
