KẾ HOẠCH GIẢNG DẠY BỘ MÔN TIẾNG ANH 10, 12 Năm học 2013 - 2014. * Căn cứ để xây dựng kế hoạch: - Căn cứ vào kế hoạch số 166/KH-THPT ngày 11/9/2013 nhiệm vụ năm học 2013-2014 của trường TTPT Ngân Sơn - Căn cứ vào kế hoạch hoạt động năm học 2013-2014 của Tổ TD-NN-TT số 01/KH-THPT ngày 20 tháng 9 năm 2013 - Căn cứ vào tình hình thực tế và kết quả chất lượng giáo dục năm học 2012-2013 của cá nhân. <span class='text_page_counter'>(2)</span> - Được ngành cho phép soạn giáo án vi tính nên việc soạn giảng và chuẩn bị đồ dùng được thuận lợi hơn. - Bản thân luôn nhiệt tình, có trách nhiệm trong công việc, an tâm công tác và luôn có tinh thần học hỏi đồng nghiệp cũng như tự học hỏi để nâng cao trình độ chuyên môn, nghiệp vụ. - Được đào tạo chuẩn hóa về trình độ(Đại học – Môn Tiếng Anh). - Luôn chấp hành đầy đủ nội quy nhà trường và quy chế chuyên môn. - Hệ thống trang thiết bị đồ dùng, thiết bị dạy học tương đối đầy đủ. - Nhà trường có phòng thư viện và nhân viên thư viên phụ trách riêng. c) Khó khăn: - Nhiều lúc còn phân bố thời gian làm việc chưa hợp lý. 2/ TÌNH HÌNH HỌC SINH: a) Học lực: Lớp. <span class='text_page_counter'>(3)</span> c) Khó khăn: - Còn có một bộ phận nhỏ học sinh yếu, học sinh thiếu sự cố gắng trong học tập, tiếp thu bài còn quá chậm, ý thức chuẩn bị bài làm bài tập ở nhà chưa cao còn mang tính đối phó. - Đa số học sinh đi học xa gia đình phải trọ học do vậy thiếu sự quan tâm của gia đình và điều kiện học tập còn thiếu thốn chưa đảm bảo điều kiện cho viêc học tập. II. MỤC TIÊU CHUNG CỦA MÔN HỌC TIẾNG ANH: - Mục tiêu gioỏ dục hiện nay đang tập trung hớng vào việc phát triển tính năng động, sáng tạo và tích cực của HS nh»m t¹o kh¶ n¨ng nhËn biÕt vµ gi¶i quyÕt vÊn đÒ cho c¸c em. Trong viÖc gi¶ng d¹y ngo¹i ng÷, quan ®iÓm này càng đúng vì không ai có thể thay thế ngời học trong việc nắm các kiến thức ngôn ngữ và sử dụng chúng trong hoạt động giao tiếp bằng chính năng lực giao tiếp của các em.PPDH ngoại ngữ chọn giao tiếp là phơng hớng chủ đạo, năng lực giao tiếp là đơn vị dạy học cơ bản, coi giao tiếp vừa là mục đích và là phơng tiện dạy häc. - Tiếng anh 8 nhằm giúp các em tiếp tục rốn kỹ năng nghe, nói, đọc ,viết ở mức độ cao hơn, phức tạp hơn. Tiếng Anh 6 nhằm giúp các em làm quen với bộ môn, phương pháp học đặc trưng của bộ môn và bước đầu rèn luyện các kỹ năng nghe, nói, đọc, viết. 1. VÒ kiÕn thøc Học sinh nắm đợc kiến thức cơ bản có tính hệ thống về Tiếng Anh thực hành hiện đại.Sử dụng ngôn ngữ hiÓu biÕt kh¸i qu¸t vÒ v¨n ho¸, phong tôc tËp qu¸n cña ngêi Anh vµ nh÷ng níc sö dông TiÕng Anh 2. VÒ kÜ n¨ng: Cã kÜ n¨ng c¬ b¶n sö dông tiÕng Anh nh mét c«ng cô giao tiÕp díi d¹ng Nghe-Nãi-§äc-ViÕt. Ph¸t triÓn t duy ban đầu và các kĩ năng nói trên.Những kĩ năng này sẽ giúp học sing phát triển tiếng mẹ đẻ và góp phần h×n thµnh c¸c kÜ n¨ng ng«n ng÷ cña HS mét c¸ch hoµn thiÖn h¬n 3. VÒ gi¸o dôc t tëng: Mục tiêu của môn Tiếng Anh đợc xây dựng trên cơ sở vị trí chủ yếu của môn học đối với sự phát triển chung của toàn xã hội. Tiếng Anh là công cụ đắc lực gúp cho ngời Việt Nam có thể hoà nhập đợc với cộng đồng Quốc Tế và khu vực. Nhiệm vụ 4: Bồi dưỡng cá nhân. Tăng cường công tác bồi dưỡng và tự bồi dưỡng chuyên môn nghiệp vụ, đổi mới phương pháp dạy học và kiểm tra đánh giá; Ứng dụng CNTT trong dạy học: * Chỉ tiêu: + Tham gia đầy đủ các lớp tập huấn, bồi dưỡng chuyên môn nghiệp vụ . + Dự giờ thăm lớp: 9 tiết/ 1 học kỳ. Dự giờ có hiệu quả trong việc bồi dưỡng chuyên môn nghiệp vụ của bản thân và đồng nghiệp. 5. Nhiệm vụ 3: Ôn luyện học sinh giỏi, phụ đạo học sinh chưa đạt chuẩn. - Chỉ tiêu: + Ôn luyện đội tuyển học sinh khá, giỏi lớp 10A1 đạt kết quả tốt. + Giảm tỷ lệ học sinh yếu môn Tiếng anh, tăng tỷ lệ học sinh khá giỏi bộ môn lên 1 đến 2%. + Mỗi giáo viên đăng ký dạy thêm không hưởng thù lao ít nhất 2 tiết. + Giúp đỡ học sinh lớp 10A2 học lực yếu cuối năm đạt 80% từ trung bình trở lên. 6. Các biện pháp thực hiện + Giáo viên dạy đảm bảo đúng chương trình, không để trống giờ do giáo viên được cử đi công tác hoặc nghỉ việc riêng; tích cực đầu tư chuyên môn, đổi mới xây dựng kế hoạch bài giảng/giáo án. Giáo viên nghỉ cần báo trước để tổ bố trí dạy thay, người được phân công dạy thay chủ động liên hệ với người nghỉ để chuẩn bị tốt cho giờ dạy. + Bản thân nâng cao tinh thần tự giác, nghiêm túc thực hiện quy chế chuyên môn..

<span class='text_page_counter'>(6)</span> + Giáo viên thực hiện đổi mới đồng bộ PPDH và kiểm tra đánh giá phát huy tính tích cực, chủ động của học sinh, khắc phục triệt để lối sống đọc - chép, chủ động học tập nâng cao trình độ tin học và sử dụng các phương tiện dạy học hiện đại. + Đổi mới phương pháp dạy học phải dựa trên nền tảng kiến thức vững vàng, đảm bảo nguyên tắc dựa trên chuẩn kiến thức, kĩ năng, bám sát trình độ và phân hoá đối tượng. Linh hoạt vận dụng hợp lí các phương pháp phù hợp. Chú ý sử dụng hợp lý sách giáo khoa, tránh ghi chép nhiều, hạn chế việc học sinh đọc sách giáo khoa để trả lời câu hỏi; phương pháp thuyết trình phải đảm bảo ngôn ngữ trong sáng, chọn lọc. + Tập huấn về sử dụng các phần phần mềm có thể ứng dụng trong dạy học (như sử dụng phần mềm Violet, kĩ thuật thiết kế trình chiếu phần mềm Powerpoint). + Trao đổi, thảo luận bộ môn thống nhất các nội dung, phương pháp dạy học đối với các bài, các nội dung khó. + Tăng cường học tập và thực hiện về đổi đồng bộ PPDH và kiểm tra đánh giá như: Áp dụng CNTT vào dạy học, lồng ghép giáo dục kĩ năng sống và giáo dục môi trường. Có trách nhiệm khi soạn bài và thực hiện giảng dạy. Không vào sớm ra muộn, soạn bài theo đúng quy chế chuyên môn.
