1. Preparation

The driver of the tank car has to make the connection between tank cars and
recipient tank on statement of the responsible magazine coworker

2. Monitoring

Here is to be monitored:
• possible one max. quantity recipient tank
• admissible printing in the tank
• safe, fixed link of the lines
• grounding link
• tightness of the flanges and lines

3. Emergency measures

Should it come to a liquid withdrawal, the withdrawn liquid must be detained
immediately with suitable means to an entrance into soil or duct system (oil bonding
agents). If the danger exists that the liquid gets in the duct system, the access is to
be locked immediately in the public duct system means slide gate valve. Additionally
the production management is to be informed immediately, who initiates further
measures.
