- By the end of the lesson, students will be able to get more information about the natural disasters
in the world.

TEACHER’S ACTIVITIES
1/ Warm-up: (7’)
KIM’S GAME
- Show 6 pictures and ask students to remember them
then write name of 6 disasters: drought, earthquake,
volcano, typhoon, snowstorm, flood.
STUDENTS’ ACTIVITIES
- Work in groups.

Picture 2: drought
Picture 3: typhoon
Picture 4: volcano
Picture 5: flood
Picture 6: snowstorm
Lead in the lesson, “We’re going to learn about these
natural disasters.”
