COLOUR CHANGING JELLY CREAM

A thixotropic gel lotion with emulsifier-free O/W system. The jelly cream starts out as a white cream that changes colour as you blend it
onto your skin to give you a touch of make-up. The cream blends in perfectly to match your skin tone. The light gel cream transforms to
lotion, your skin feels soft, supple, and moisturized. In addition your skin looks radiant due to synthetic mica-based pigments. Thanks to
ADEKA NOL GT-930 they are uniformly suspended in the emulsion and the system is stabilized with behenyl alcohol.

PROCEDURE

1.Heat A to 80°C and mix with homo at 1,000 - 2,000rpm until uniform.
2.Heat B to 80°C and mix with stirrer until uniform.
3.Add B to A slowly and mix for 10 min with homo at 4,000 rpm.
4.Turn heat off and cool down to 35°C with homo at 3,000 rpm.
5.At 50°C, add C and D.
6.Add E to adjust pH to 5-6.
7.At 35°C, turn homo off.

1.Heat phase A to 75-80°C under stirring.
2.Heat phase B to 75-80°C under stirring.

5.Adjust the pH with phase D.

1.Mix D at 50°C by disper until uniform and cool down to RT.
2.Heat A to 75°C with propeller mixing.
3.Heat B to 90°C and mix until uniform.
4.Add 3 to 2 slowly from bottom of kettle or by syringe/dropper direct injection into the phase,
with slower propeller mixing.
5.Keep mixing with adjusting the speed until oil drops break up into fine particle below 1mm.
(e.g. 600rpm for 10 sec and then 50rpm for 5 min)
6.Cool
20 down to 60°C rapidly and then oil drops are crystallized.
7.Add C-I and adjust pH to 6-7 with J.
8.Mix until below 35°C
