Essay
Each of us has our own dreams and personal preferences in life. Everyone has their own
goals to strive for and aspirations to achieve based on their dreams and interests, and they

set certain goals for themselves that must be met. Goals, like everything else, will be
divided into two types: long-term goals - big goals - and short-term goals. However, in

13

order to achieve that goal, we must first start small, as we must learn a lot from books,
people, and things around us. As a result, when we were young, less than 18 years old, we
had to go to school and class to sit and listen to the teacher's lectures, absorb and learn the
most basic knowledge, which was the start of our goals. Learning is learning forever,
learning indefinitely; we will have many lessons throughout our lives that will help us gain
more knowledge and experience to achieve the goals we desire. If you want to be most
effective, put in the first few minutes, as well as the rigor and self-management. From
there, you can figure out what you need to do right away to achieve your goals. We must be
strategic and plan ahead of time to achieve our objectives.
I had many dreams and passions as a child, including wanting to be a software engineer,
restaurant owner, scientific institute, auto engineer, and musician. Until now, those have
been my chosen passions. One of the five passions I've never been able to pursue is
becoming a musician, because I lack knowledge of music theory and can only listen to
music. I can fulfill the remaining four passions, and those will be my future goals. I was
introduced to IT programming in the eighth grade, when my school's computer class taught
Pascal, a programming application, and I excelled at it, consistently scoring higher than a
ten. I started cooking in 8th grade and specialized in delicious food for my family to enjoy.
Regarding cars, I've been interested in them since I was three years old, and they're also my
greatest passion. In terms of science, I excel at chemistry, biology, computer science, and
math. My parents always told me that if we want to do a big job, we must first learn and do
small jobs. Goals, too, must first complete the short-term goals before moving on to the
long-term goals.
First and foremost, I must achieve my short-term objectives. I am no longer in school;
instead, I am studying at a university, which will help me achieve my short-term

objectives. I am currently pursuing an IT degree at the University of Greenwich Vietnam.
The immediate goal is for me to try to become a professional IT guy so that I can work and
support myself. During my university studies and training, I occasionally worked in groups
to discuss issues of coding or decoding some documents. The most important motivations
to help a team work better are solidarity, fun, the same idea, and hard work. It has an
impact on the quality of the product your team produces. Working in a team without unity
or conflict with other members of the group will result in poor results, and the product will
fail. Our goal as a team will be to create great, best products. To achieve that goal, the

entire team must work together to create a single product. When beginning to work, it is
necessary to divide some work for each member of the group, work together to share, and
the product will be created in a short time, does not take much time, but also achieves good
results. In my IT industry, I typically work in a team to develop a website, design a web
page, or create database tables, as well as write code to develop a specific application.
Those are specific objectives that we must meet when working as a team. To achieve that
goal, we must first sit down and discuss the idea of working in order to reach a consensus.
Then we will divide the work among members, with each member creating a small piece of
code or a small product, and finally putting all of those small pieces together and further
editing them to turn into a big product, thoroughly tested, and ready to go to market. Our
next goal is to hope that the product will be accepted by the market. As I previously stated,
the importance of group dynamics in the working process is unity, fun, and humor, and
must try hard to work, otherwise motivation will fail. Fail, never finish. An important
aspect of teamwork is that each member should not postpone his or her unfinished business
because it will have a significant impact on the group and will have unintended
consequences. the group's product amount.
Second, my next goal is to establish a restaurant chain in both Vietnam and the United
States. I specialize in dishes from Hue, Da Nang, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh Quy Nhon, Phu Yen, Nha Trang, and Phan Thiet. I also sell dishes from the South and West
throughout the central region. If given the opportunity, I intend to open a company
specializing in food, food, and dry food for consumers and export to other markets such as

the United States, France, Japan, Italy, Dubai, and so on. However, before I can accomplish
this, I must first complete my IT course so that I can later work to earn money and save a
large amount of capital. This is my first big and long term goal, so I have to take it
seriously. Maybe in the process of coding or web programming, I will also register to study
more business administration to gain more experience to be able to become a big business.
I will learn about cooking, and skills in communicating with partners and customers so as
not to miss the opportunities that are coming to me. As it relates to food sources, this is
also relevant to agriculture, cultivation, raising cattle, and poultry. During my studies and
work, I will self-study agriculture on the internet or in books to apply in my future plans.
Perhaps I will use technology, my IT knowledge, business knowledge, and agricultural
knowledge to create a food company that operates in the most modern cycle possible.

Robotic technology is also being used by restaurant chains to replace serving and serving
in the restaurant. I plan to build robots with human-like abilities to do work in the
company, allowing me to save money on employee salaries.
Third, if the aforementioned goals and passions can be realized. I'll indulge in my greatest
passion, and my long-term goal is to buy supercars, hypercars, megacars, and super luxury
cars and build a mansion that can display that car inside, and I'll create a super smooth and
perfect car collection. If given another chance, I would study more, learn more about the
automobile industry, and then apply my knowledge of automobile engineering to the
production of Vietnamese-branded automobiles, accompanied by a vehicle. Vietnam is also
home to a well-known car tuning company.
All of my goals are listed above, from short-term (which I only have one) to long-term
(which I have up to three). But first, I had to enroll in an information technology course at
the University of Greenwich. That's the short-term goal I'm aiming for first. I am a person
who prefers to learn through practice rather than theory, because sometimes just listening
to theory makes me uncomfortable, but if there are interesting theories that can be
immediately put into practice, I will do so. Even when studying IT subjects, I enjoy
studying subjects related to coding and programming because it is very interesting, and

when you delve deeper into it, it becomes even more so. Even if you look at it, I'm a pretty
lazy person in life, but as I get older, my laziness decreases, whereas when I was younger, I
was quite lazy and extremely lazy. I'm a slacker when it comes to memorizing lessons, so
I'm terrible at social subjects like literature, history, geography, and civics, and I get low
grades in those subjects. Of course, if I fail at one, the other will do better; as I previously
stated, I'm good at chemistry, biology, and math because these are subjects that don't
require memorization; instead, deep learning is essential. most of the time, so I never fall
asleep in class when I'm studying interesting subjects. I used to have a bad habit of falling
asleep and sleeping soundly whenever I studied literature, regardless of where I sat. I have
a tip for those of you who frequently fall asleep in class: before studying but the subject is
a lot of theory, make a cup of coffee, tea, or an energy drink to help you fight the subjects.
Those of you who lead a healthy lifestyle should avoid energy drinks in favor of black
coffee or a regular cup of tea, as I do. My strength is that I can quickly and effectively find
information; my strength is that I can come up with good, creative, and unique ideas. My
computer skills are also strong, which is why I first pursued a career in the IT industry. My

weakness is that I'm not always quick to react to situations, and I can be a bit lazy at times.
Furthermore, his untidiness is a weakness. So I'll try to overcome my weaknesses gradually
by gathering knowledge and experience, then applying and practicing, gradually practicing
to overcome those weaknesses.
A Personal Development Plan, or PDP, is a written plan that outlines your goals, your
current strengths in those areas, what you need to change to achieve those goals, and what
skills you need to improve in your areas of weakness. I've talked too much about the goals
above, but since I still don't have a specific plan, I'll share with you the upcoming personal
plans that I have to do, particularly your personal development plan, in the passage. First, I
must overcome my weaknesses, which are currently slow reflexes, a tendency to be lazy,
poor communication skills, and an unhealthy lifestyle. I am also currently studying and
practicing skills to help me overcome my weaknesses. Now, I spend my free time reading
books and self-studying quick reflexes; reading helps me have more vocabulary, words to

use in everyday situations, and reflexes. Also, I'm getting faster at everything, but I'm still a
little slow. My plan is to try to overcome all of my weaknesses during my four years of
university so that I can work more professionally. My next plan is to be strict with myself
and train myself to live a healthy, positive lifestyle during those four years of college. I
usually make a timetable for the day, which includes the plans I have to complete for the
day, as well as the time to eat, rest, exercise, work, study, and so on. I try to stay on time as
much as possible. I changed my diet; previously, I ate a lot of sweet, fatty, and starchy
foods, but now I eat vegetables, salads, and fruits on a daily basis. Because the plant
contains a lot of vitamins and starch, I prefer whole grains to eat healthy, such as brown
rice or whole wheat bread. Recently, I've been doing more sports on a regular basis in order
to improve my health. In terms of laziness, I'm working hard every day to overcome it, to
reduce laziness and replace it with diligence and hard work. That is my personal
development plan; I need to work on my weaknesses.

Continuing Professional Development, abbreviated as CPD, allows you to make your
learning more conscious and proactive, rather than passive and reactive. CPD is a
professional's comprehensive commitment to improving personal skills and demonstrating
professionalism throughout their career. CPD combines a variety of learning methods, such

as training seminars, conferences, and small events, e-learning programs, best practice
techniques, and idea sharing, all geared toward an individual's effective professional
improvement and development. CPD is extremely important for students as they continue
to develop professionally. During the learning process, you should also try to practice
self-management and self-discipline in order to train yourself to become a truly mature and
perfect person. Furthermore, you must absorb some practical lessons in real life in order to
gain valuable experience and knowledge. CPD is actually talk shows, events where those
who have gone before share their industry experiences. This is critical because it will assist
you later when you go to work in reality. It provides you with the knowledge and
experience you need to work in some of the specialized companies you are interested in. It

prepares you to work professionally and effectively as a professional. I believe you should
make time to attend those school talk shows; the university will almost certainly organize
those sessions at least twice a year. If you simply sit in class without actively learning more
about the knowledge and experience that your industry is studying, it loses meaning and
effectiveness. If you don't have time to participate, I recommend that you go online and
learn more about your field of study when you have time. In reality, the specialized
knowledge you are learning at school is just basic knowledge. There are very few
universities that specialize in that field. As for my University of Greenwich, I'm always
proud of it because, while my school always teaches more in-depth about the industry, the
school's management board regularly organizes those very interesting talk shows. I also
watch those school talk shows on a regular basis. I'm still a freshman, so I need to gain
more in-depth knowledge and experience. You can also join clubs related to your industry.
Following my IT major, I'm also joining the school's Hello GIT club. I'm currently a
member of Hello GIT, where I can ask older brothers and sisters about their experiences in
the IT industry, so that I'm not as surprised during the learning process.
To summarize, setting reasonable short-term and long-term plans and goals to prepare for
our future and become information technology experts so that we can strive more
resolutely to the goal that has been set. Try to put your strengths to use at work, study, and
train yourself to overcome your inner weaknesses. Although these are only short-term
goals that I must achieve, they serve as motivation to help me improve myself and the lives
of those around me in order to become better and healthier.
