Especially during the Covid 19 pandemic, everyone had to stay at home to avoid the
epidemic, making offline shopping difficult for everyone. Therefore, online shopping has
become the most popular choice of customers who want to shop, go to the market, go to
the supermarket. In today's modern era 4.0, many online shopping apps are gradually
appearing, from Shopee, Tiki, Lazada, Amazon, eBay.... and technology devices,
smartphones can use the apps in a way. easily. So today, let's try online shopping training

Internet by window web page, or technology application for mobile technology devices
Customers and consumers can access retailers' websites directly or use shopping apps

installed on mobile devices. Here, they can use the search engine to be interested in the
necessary products, the products they are looking to buy. For sellers, they are the suppliers

Figure 3 : Amazon

Figure 4 : Shopee

Types
There are three most common types of online shopping
● General Marketplace (Amazon) …

The general market is an interesting place to sell products that are gaining popularity and
mass appeal. Selling through Amazon gives your product a high level of credibility and
offers a large number of customers. From there, helping buyers to buy safer items, sellers
can earn high profits. However, it has the disadvantage that the seller's brand is not high. A
site like Amazon is a big, well-branded e-commerce site. To the customer, it looks like an
Amazon product, even if it's sold through a third-party seller. Many shopping applications
use this common market image, such as Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, Sendo,....

● Auction Marketplace (eBay) …

Besides Amazon, eBay is also one of the most famous online selling websites. What sets it
apart is its auction-style approach to products for sale, making it relevant, with sellers
offering rare, vintage and collectible items. The downside of this auction model is that it
requires the seller to wait a certain amount of time for the sale, and the buyer cannot
immediately receive the full value of the item if the price is low, the operation will Equally
influential for major trading brands. But for retailers it is beneficial, they take the time to
learn the model and test the operation, it can prove to be a successful sales channel.
Auction market is quite a picky shopping application. But it is still chosen by many
super-rich buyers.
● Social Media (Facebook, Instagram) …

Today, there are many social networks established, such as Facebook, Tiktok, Youtube,
Instagram, Zalo,... Therefore, online shopping and trading is also widely used in the form
of social networks. . Facebook, they have an option to set up a small business store right on
the Facebook platform itself, which can be integrated with the seller's e-commerce page to
sell directly through the facebook page. This is a great way to shop and sell online, which
simplifies the seller's sales process if there are many followers on Facebook or the seller
can advertise to buyers in the form of livestream through applications. Use social networks
like Facebook, Youtube, Instagram. From there, shopping comes close to everyone.

Day 1
The following is our team's training process over the course of four days. Because of the
Pandemic (Coronavirus), we conducted a household survey. We will begin the survey on
Monday, October 18, 2021,
9am - 10am.: I install the Shoppe app, create a new account, and set up a sales page.
10am. – 11a.m.: The first step in importing products is to select the appropriate category, as
shown, with the existing product. You must choose the correct product name and category
so that buyers can purchase your product. You must also have a catchy product name so
that buyers enjoy reading the title.
11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. There is a lot of product information to fill out, which indicates that
Shopee is very interested in the product you sell and is very closely managing the issue you
sell it. A lot of information must be relevant to each item you choose. For example, if I
choose to list a laptop for sale, they will need a lot of information about it in order to match
it with the person who wants to buy it.
2:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m.: This is a Shopee security measure designed to keep you safe when
buying and selling on a brand-new platform. At the same time, they suggest that you use
the large events they organize to help you market your own products. The schedule is very
accurate and reasonable.
Day 2
The next day is October 19, 2021. On this day, boys prepare gifts in advance to give to
their daughters and women on Vietnamese Women's Day, which is celebrated on October
20.

7 a.m. - 8 a.m.: I add more women's related products to the store, mostly gifts for girls and
women, and then enter the online sales system on shopee so that the boys can drop in and
buy gifts for mom or girlfriend.

8 a.m. - 8.30 a.m.: I chat live with customers, take the first orders of the day, and schedule

home deliveries for customers.
9 a.m. - 12 p.m.: I continue to speak directly with customers and receive orders from my
brother, while also assigning other employees to pack the products until 12 p.m.
12 p.m. - 14 p.m.: I and the store staff continue to pack the products before giving them to
shippers to deliver to customers.
It wasn't too bad because the number of customers ordering was moderate, so me, the other
employees, and I didn't have too much trouble. Particularly important are shippers who can
deliver goods to customers quickly.

14:00 – 18:00 p.m.: The products are delivered to customers in turn, and we receive
customer feedback.
Customers love the store because it delivers products to them quickly and without any
risks. Most of my customers call to tell me how professional and wonderful our shop is.
They even stated that they would continue to support my business. There is also a flaw that
we have, which is that we deliver items to customers, but luckily we have spare items for
the shippers. Our products have increased the number of pairs for the shipper, so that if an
error occurs, there is something to exchange for the customer as soon as possible.
According to my knowledge, the majority of today's customers are first-time online
shoppers.

Day 3
Because our shop specializes in the sale of cosmetics and beauty products for all ages and
genders, we need to gather customer feedback in order to provide the best quality in every
wear.
Yesterday, October 19, I invited customers to an online meeting on Google Meet on
October 20 to discuss the quality of the products that the shop had delivered to customers;
fortunately, many customers, including the first to experience it, agreed to attend this
meeting. Today, on the occasion of Vietnamese Women's Day, October 20, our shop will
host an online customer meeting from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

7.30 a.m. - 8.30 a.m.: We continue with our daily work at the shop, such as opening the
store, importing more products, and working on the app.
8.30 a.m. - 12 p.m.: Our shop begins preparing everything needed for the meeting.
Managers and bosses must participate in tasks such as creating content, interacting with
customers, and allocating work to each employee.
12 p.m. - 3 p.m.: After preparing everything, we must rehearse over and over again in order
for the meeting to go smoothly.
3 p.m. - 4 p.m.: Prepare for the meeting; correct any errors before the meeting.
4 p.m. - 7 p.m.: A meeting with more than 100 customers was held on Google Meet; the
meeting went well.
During that meeting, we spoke with all of the customers cheerfully and with a sense of
humour. Following the meeting, we gained a wealth of knowledge and experience. Because
we have received numerous customer complaints regarding the quality of our service. First,
we must learn how to advertise the product to customers in the market in such a way that it
attracts a large number of buyers while remaining true to the product's quality. The second
is when we need to practice a skill in face-to-face trading when life returns to normal.
Online trading occurs frequently, but it is still more serious due to the covid 19 epidemic.
The third requirement is that we organize a few promotions for customers, particularly
loyal customers of the shop, on occasion. Fourth, we must address the issue of customer
late delivery. Because our shop is new, we'll need to draw on a lot of experience and

knowledge to make changes. Regarding the quality of our products, we do not receive
much criticism from our customers, because our shop always appreciates the quality of the
products and is very useful for customers, especially to ensure their health, because we sell
cosmetics and beauty products to customers. However, in order to improve service quality,
we must consider and overcome the disadvantages.
Day 4
Thursday, October 21, 2021, is the last day of training. What are the positive and negative
aspects of Vietnamese women's day? Let's find out together.

8:00- 12:00 p.m.: When we deliver an incorrect or defective item, we receive very positive
feedback from our customers. We listened to our customers' complaints about our poor
service and worked to improve it.
12:00 -13:00: We've learned a lot about selling as sellers. When it comes to shipping
options, we are unable to fulfill all orders as quickly as customers would like. Because the
system's human resources are insufficient, particularly during this epidemic. Instead, we
can work with technology motorbike taxi companies or delivery companies such as Grab,
Gojek, Baemin, Bee, and others to deliver goods to customers more quickly.
18:00 – 19:00 p.m. They have things assigned to them. All products are sent in pristine,
brand-new packaging with no flaws. With third-party shipping, however, we have no
control over the final quality of the package. So we have a problem that needs to be solved.

Part 2: Presentation
In today's modern world, advanced technologies, including automotive technology, are
rapidly evolving. The all-electric engine is the current trend in the automobile industry in
order to reduce harmful emissions into the environment. Many people use internal
combustion engine cars to travel, but these vehicles frequently emit gases such as nitrogen,
carbon dioxide, and so on. Carbon dioxide is one of the The gases that is extremely toxic,
pollutes the air, and is hazardous to human health. As a result, automakers are gradually
transitioning to using electric motors in their vehicles in order to reduce harmful emissions

into the environment and protect the clean and green environment. Today, we're talking
about electric cars.

Figure 6 : All Electric Cars

What is an Electric Car ?
An electric vehicle or a battery An electric car is a vehicle propelled by one or more
electric motors that use energy stored in batteries. Electric vehicles are quieter, have no

exhaust emissions, and emit less overall pollution than internal combustion engine
vehicles. As of 2020, the total cost of ownership of recent electric vehicles is less than that
of equivalent ICE cars in the United States and the European Union, owing to lower
fueling and maintenance costs. Charging an electric car can be done at a variety of
charging stations, which can be installed in both private homes and public areas.

Figure 7 : Engine of Electric Car

What is the operation of an electric vehicle?
The performance of an electric vehicle is actually determined by the type of battery it
employs. However, according to the overview, electric vehicles operate on the principle of
drawing large amounts of energy from batteries and then supplying that energy to the
engine, allowing the car to run.
Most electric vehicles require recharging of their batteries before they can be used again.
Electric vehicles operate by plugging into a charging station and drawing power from the
grid. The electricity is stored in rechargeable batteries, which power an electric motor,
which turns the wheels. Electric vehicles accelerate faster than traditional fuel-powered
vehicles, making them feel lighter to drive.

Figure 8 : How Electric Vehicles Work

Electric vehicle classification on the market today
Vehicle powered by lithium-ion batteries (BEV)
The BEV is a battery-powered all-electric vehicle. This vehicle is powered solely by a
battery and does not have a gasoline engine. These batteries have a high capacity and can
run and be recharged using an external power source.
