Nowadays people have to put up with a lot of pressure from the
workplace, social relationships, or even family but almost everyone finds it
too difficult to share with others. Dealing with too much daily life pressure
can lead to serious problems such as Higher rates of mental illness;
Self-esteem problems...

● Solution
Finding a way to express your own feelings and receive advice from
others is the easiest and most effective way. But how can we find a good
listener? GoodVibe Assistant is the key to this problem. Goodvibe
Assistant is a new start-up website that allows people to express their
feelings/ talk about their problems and receive some advice from
professional staff.

● HOW DOES THIS WEBSITE WORK?
★ Customers have to create an account to login this website
( customers can hide all their personal information)
★ After login, the customer will have to answer some multiple-choice
questions in order to select a suitable Adviser
★ The customer then picks the amount of time of the phone call =>
pay the fees
★ Talk and receive advice from professionals.
★ This website will automatically remind customers 5 minutes before
the phone call end and ask them if they want more time to talk.
★ After the phone call is over, the customer has to give a short

feedback about the call (about the effectiveness of the call/ Staff
attitude)

only focus on the strongest point is that people can receive advice from the right
person. The one who has a deep understanding of the type of problems.
