Summary
The study aims to assess the impact of
human resource management practices on
organizational satisfacrion and commitment
in seafood processing enterprises through the
awareness of employees. The research sample was surveyed from 289 employees and
managers working at those enterprises The
method of linear structural balance (SEM)
was conducted to analyze the factors in the
research model. Research results show that
human resource management practices have a
direct positive impact on job satisfaction and
organizational commitment, and job satisfaction in turn has a positive impact on organizational commitment
