The Sahara is on a tableland
with an elevation of 400 to 500
meters.It is a sandy land with few
oases but many large sand dunes.
The main trees which can be
found there are cacti,the date
palms,and a form of acacia.Only
animals like
gazelles,antelopes,foxes,jackals
and camels are found in the desert.
