HYPERTENSION

Objectives:
treatment and how to early detect complications of Hypertension.
Methods: Cross-sectional study.
Results: Most of the patients do not pay attention to Hypertension. There are up
to 75.5% patients who do not know their own blood pressure index, only 24.5%
patients know, and of which 2.5% just know about Systolic High Blood Pressure.
Many patients have no knowledge about the way to detect hypertension (about
96%). The risk and factors of hypertension are more familiar to patients: 65% of
them know that smoking increases the risk of cardiovascular disease, 13% say no
and 22
patients think that an excess of salt can effect on blood pressure, 11.5% disagree
25.5%, and 4% is Kinh people. There are 72% patient suppose that alcohol
is the ethnic minority people, 2.5% is Kinh people. Knowledge on high blood
pressure treatment Hypertension is still limited: 36% of patients believe that high
blood pressure should be regular treated, 38.5% said not necessary and 25.5%
Conclusion:
recognize and prevent this disease we have to widely propagate to the community,
medical staff especially the registered nurse. Studying to improve professional
