I. Aims :
- By the end of the lesson, the students are able to skim for general
ideas.
- By the end of the lesson, the students are able to scan for specific
details.

Game: Cut – up Pictures

-Divide the class into three
groups ,A,B , C


-Give each group the
pieces of 3 pictures cut up
and shuffled. (Yuri
Gagarin, Neil Armstrong,
and an astronaut).

pieces together to have
complete pictures and then
write the names in the

-When they have finished,
stick their pictures on the
