Objective and Matter of this study:
+ To construct the excitation system and obtain luminescence spectra using
the double grating spectrometer GDM 1000 and the
lock-in
amplification
technique.
+ To investigate the optical properties of semiconductor compounds with the
wide band gap.

Main results:
We succeeded in:
+ Carrying out the theory of optical properties of
wide-band
gap

semiconductors.

Constructing excitation system and obtain luminescence spectra using the
double grating spectrometer GDM -1000 and the lock-in amplification
technique.
+ Investigating some optical properties of some wideband gap semiconductor
compounds such as
ZnSe,
