I/ ADVANTAGES AND DISAVANTAGES OF CLASSES:
1- Advantages:
- A lot of the students enjoy learning English very much.
- The materials such as desks, blackboards and classrooms are enough.
- Most of the students have textbooks (English 8).
- Board of teaching leaders of our school concern themselves with teaching and learning English subject
2- Disadvantages:
- Most of the students are children of farmers so they have no time to learn English at home.
- The place where the students live is very large, so it is difficult for them to exchange the knowledge together.
- Most of the students’ parents don’t concern themselves with their children’s learning.
- Cat Hung Junior High School has a few teaching aids and hasn’t listening – watching television.
- Some of the students are too weak as English subject.
- This location often plunges into floods in the winter, so it has a serious effect on quality of education.

III/ THE WAYS TO IMPROVE THE ENGLISH LEARNING RESULTS OF THE STUDENTS:
*** About teacher:
- Teacher usually encourages the students to learn English.
- Teacher usually observes and helps weak students in learning English.
- Teacher always has the students help another in learning English.
- Teacher always forms the students into pair works or group works.

- Teacher commends good students and criticizes lazy students.
- Teacher has good students at English help weak students in English.
*** About students:
- Prepare the new lesson before come into class.
- Do enough homework and learn the old lesson by heart.
- Try to listen to the teacher and ask questions concern to the lesson.
