Note.
* Trong tiếng Anh có 2 loại danh từ:
danh từ đếm được (bàn, ghế, sách,
vở...) và danh từ không đếm được
(đường, nước, sữa, muối...). Danh từ
đếm được số ít (= 1), số nhiều (từ 2 trở
lên). Từ số ít chuyển sang số nhiều ta
làm như sau:
+ Bình thường ta thêm S.
Eg:
1 book → 2 books.
+ Những danh từ tận cùng là: O, S, Sh,
Ch, X thì ta thêm ES.
Eg: Tomato → tomatoes
Glass → glasses
Dish → dishes
Watch → watches
