I. Aims
- Ss know the names of some countries and the differences about countries,
languages and nationality.
- To develop ss’ skills.
II. Objectives
By the end of he lesson, Ss will be able to introduce about countries,
languages and nationality.
1) Vocab: country, language, nationality, …..
2) Grammar: ask and answer about countries, languages and nationality.
III. Ways of working
T - WC, pair work, individual work.
IV. Materials
Projector, cassette, tape.
V. Anticipated problems
The lesson is very long so teacher should teach the main knowledge.
VI. Teaching steps
1. Warm up (1’) Greet and check the Ss’ attendance.
2. Revision (2’)
Show some pictures and ask Ss to talk about the name of the country of each
picture (Ss can speak in Vietnamese)
Present the new lesson

2) Grammar: Which is bigger: Tokyo or London?
