and Nga. Now read the text about Hoa and answer the following questions:

c. Does she have a lot of friends in Ha Noi ?
d. How is the new school different from the old one?
e. Why is Hoa unhappy?
- In groups, Ss read the text and answer the questions.

Activity 1: Listen. Then practice with a partner
- T present the picture of the dialogue between Mr. Tan and Nga, asks eliciting questions:

- T plays the tape, Ss listen to the dialogue. For the 1

HANG MAN
- T divides the class into 2 big group to play a game called Hang man, each group
prepare at least 10 telephone numbers and send one S to read the Numbers.
- Each Telephone number can be read for 2 times, if the other group can not catch the
number, they loose one point and T draw one part of the body to the picture on bb.
- Ss will be very excited on this activity , so the T must pay more attention to the every
step of the game and won’t let Ss make too much noise.
- T control the activity, Ss play the game with the rule T has given, write the ordinal
number they hear into notebooks.
- Revise the difficult telephone numbers.
- Prepare next lesson: MAKE AN ARRANGEMENT
