Xử trí tăng áp động mạch phổi sau phẫu thuật thông liên thất

quả tốt. Tuy
nhiên, trong điều kiện hiện tại ở Việt Nam,
chúng tôi nhận thấy chỉ có 3 loại thuốc khả dĩ có
thể sử dụng tốt cho các bệnh nhân tăng áp phổi,
nhất là cho các bệnh nhân hậu phẫu tim, đó là:
Milrinone, Iloprost và Sildenafil. Trong đó,
iloprost cả dạng truyền tĩnh mạch và dạng phun
khí dung đều chứng tỏ có hiệu quả trong điều
trị tăng áp phổi sau mổ. Việc phối hợp các thuốc
này đúng cách trong lâm sàng sẽ mang lại hiệu
quả khá tốt, trong điều kiện hiện tại.
