A. Những căn cứ để xây dựng kế hoạch:
1.Các văn bản chỉ đạo:
* Căn cứ vào điều lệ trờng THCS và THPT có mhiều cấp học ban hành theo quyết định số 07/2007/QĐ-Bộ giáo dụcvà Đào tạo ngày 02
tháng 4 năm 2007 của Bộ trởng Bộ giáo dục và Đào tạo.

* Căn cứ vào chỉ thị số 40/2008/CT- Bộ GD & ĐT về việc tổ chức cuộc vận động Mỗi thầy giáo, cô giáo là một tấm gơng đạo đức, tự
học và sáng tạo để học sinh noi theo.
* Căn cứ vào công văn số 145/PGD& ĐT GD THCS ngày 15 tháng 9 năm 2005 v/v sử dụng thiết bị thí nghiệm và khéo tay kĩ thuật.
*Căn cứ vào công Văn số 167/PGD & ĐT ngày 15 tháng 9 năm 2008 v/v qui định quản lý hệ thống hồ sơ nhà trờng và hớng dẫn xây
dựng kế hoạch bộ môn.

*Căn cứ vào công văn số 227/ CV-GD & ĐT ngày 6 tháng 8 năm 2009 của phòng giáo dục và đào tạo về việc tiếp tục triển khai tích
hợp GDBVMT vào trong các môn học cấp THCS .

2.Mục tiêu của môn học :
-Tiếng Anh ngày nay đợc coi là ngôn ngữ toàn cầu, là nhịp cầu nối giữa các dân tộc trêntoàn thế giới.Vì thế T.A đóng một vai trò rất quan
trọng trong nhà trờng.Nếu học tốt môn này các em sẽ đợc tiếp cận với một chân trời mới , tiếp cân với khoa học kỹ thuật hiện đại nh vi
tính, internet, tiếp cận vớicác nền văn hoá trên thế giới. Muốn từng bớc hoà nhập với bè bạn 5 châu 4 bể , bắt kịp với sự tiến bộ của thế
giới thì điều đầu tiên là phải tích luỹ vốn T.A cho riêng mình. Đó cũng là hành trang quan trọng đầu tiên mà mỗi chúng ta - những nhà
giáo phải trang bị cho mỗi h/s- những chủ nhân tơng lai của đất nớc.
-Trong các môn học tại trờng t.h.c.s cùng với các môn Toán ,Văn Lý ,Hoá, môn Tiếng Anh cũng là môn học quan trọng đặc biệt phát
triển toàn diện năng lực và ý thức học tập của học sinh.Chơng trình Tiếng Anh thcs bao gồm nhiều chủ đề ,chủ điểm khác nhau gần gũi
với học sinh ,thực tế cuộc sống .Bên cạnh đó Tiếng Anh theo chơng trình cải cách giáo dục đều có hệ thống tranh ảnh minh hoạ sinh động
phong phú giúp các em có hứng thú tập một cách bài bản để có thể nghe-nói-đọc-viết ở mức độ đơn giản .
-Mc tiêu dy hc Tiếng Anh lp 6- 9 THCS :
Lớp 6
Nghe:
Nghe hiểu đợc các câu mệnh lệnh và lời nói đơn giản thờng dùng trên lớp học.
Nghe hiểu những câu nói, câu hỏi-đáp đơn giản với tổng độ dài khoảng 40-60 từ về thông tin cá nhân, gia đình và nhà
trờng.

Nói:
Hỏi - đáp đơn giản về thông tin cá nhân, gia đình và nhà trờng trong phạm vi các chủ điểm có trong chơng trình.
Thực hiện một số chức năng giao tiếp đơn giản: chào hỏi, đa ra và thực hiện mệnh lệnh, nói vị trí đồ vật, hỏi-đáp về

thời gian, miêu tả ngời, miêu tả thời tiết,...
Đọc:
Đọc hiểu đợc nội dung chính các đoạn độc thoại hoặc hội thoại đơn giản, mang tính thông báo với độ dài khoảng 50-
70 từ, xoay quanh các chủ điểm có trong chơng trình.
Viết:
Viết đợc một số câu đơn giản có tổng độ dài khoảng 40-50 từ có nội dung liên quan đến các chủ điểm có trong chơng
trình.
