<b>TOM TAT: </b>


Kha nang thich ffng cua can bd quan ly la kha nang thich ffng vdi nhttng thay ddi trong
cdng viec quan ly bao gdm nhttng thay ddi ve viec chuyen ddi tff cdng tac chuyen mdn sang
quan ly, thay ddi cua cdng nghe, thay ddi cua mdi trffdng td chffc, thay ddi mdi trffdng kinh
doanh canh tranh... Trong mdi trffdng lam viec hen tue thay ddi va khdng dn dinh, kha nang
de dieu chinh va thich ffng trong sff nghiep cua minh la rat quan trpng ebo sff thanh cdng. Cac
doanh nghiep viln thdng Viet Nam da va dang phai thay ddi de tdn tai va phat trien nhff tai
ca'u true bp may, chuyen ddi md hinh kinh doanh theo hffdng td'i ffu. Ben canh dd, nganh ViSn
thdng chiu ap lffc trffde sff thay ddi vd cung nhanh chdng cua khoa hpc cdng nghe. Can bp

<b>1. Gid^i thieu chung </b>


Kha nang thich ffng la nhttng td chat ma mdi

vidn thdng Viet Nam, can bd quan ly cd chuyen
radn chu yeu la ky thuat, cdng nghe vien thdng.
Ben canh dd, trong cac doanh nghiep vien thdng
cung tdn tai cac chffc nang quan tri khac nen cung
cd cac ITnh vffc chuyen mon, nhff: Nhan sff, ke toan
tai chinh, ke hoach, dau tff, marketing, ban hang,...
Tren thifc te cho thay, cac can bp quan ly raa cd
kinh nghiera trong nhieu linh vffc chuyen mdn
khac nhau trong doanh nghiep vien thdng cang the
hien dffdc hieu qua va thanh cdng trong cdng viec.
Can bd quan ly trong cac doanh nghiep cd mot so

<b>ABSTRACT: </b>


The adaptability of a manager is the ability to adapt to changes in managerial work
including changes from technical to management positions, technical changes, organizational
environment changes and changes of competitive business environment.In a constantly
changing and unstable working environment, the adaptability plays a key role in managers'
success. Vietnamese telecomraunication enterprises have had to change such as restructuring
and optimizing their businesses to survive and grow up. In addition, the telecommunication
industry is under pressure of rapid technological and scientific changes. People working in the
telecommunication industry need to be good at adapting to changes.By irapleraenting the desk
research raethod, this paper is to identify factors including the organizational culture and active
characteristics that irapact on the adaptability of raanagers in the Vietnaraese
telecommunication enterprises. In addition, this paper also studies the impact of the
organizational culture, active characteristics and the adaptability on the managers' success.
