<b>I. CƠ SỞ XÂY DỰNG KẾ HOẠCH CÁ NHÂN:</b>
<i><b>1) Các căn cứ: </b></i>
- Căn cứ vào đặc điểm tình hình lớp;
- Căn cứ vào chỉ tiêu, phương hướng, nhiệm vụ năm học 2009-2010 của
trường;
- Căn cứ vào tình hình cơ sở vật chất của trường;
- Căn cứ vào kết quả giảng dạy năm học trước.
<i><b>2) Chất lượng bộ môn của từng lớp:</b></i>
<i> Đầu năm năm học mới:</i>
<b>II. THUẬN LỢI VÀ KHÓ KHĂN:</b>
<i>1) Thuận lợi:</i>
- Đa số học sinh đều có điều kiện thuận lợi đến trường;
- Được sự quan tâm của đa số gia đình các em học sinh;
- Trường có đầy đủ phịng học, đảm bảo cho việc giảng dạy chính khóa va bồi
dưỡng;
- Tỷ lệ các đối tượng học sinh ở các lớp tương đối đồng đều.
<i>2) Khó khăn:</i>
- Phương tiện nghe – nhìn của trường chưa đáp ứng được nhu cầu dạy và
học;
- Sách tham khảo phục vụ cho việc cập nhật thơng tin về bộ mơn cịn ít và lạc
hậu;
<b>III. YÊU CẦU, BIỆN PHÁP, CHỈ TIÊU:</b>
<i>1) Yêu cầu:</i>
<i>Lớp 6</i>
Sau khi học xong chương trình Tiếng Anh lớp 6, học sinh lần lượt tiếp thu
sáu chủ đề và các kỹ năng, kiến thức ngôn ngữ cơ bản sau:
<b>1. Topics:</b>
1.1. Personal information (oneself, friends, house and family)
1.2. Education (School, facilities & activities, children’s life in school)
1.3. Community (in and around the house, places in town/city & country,
transportation)
1.4. Health (parts of the body, health, food and drinks, the menu)
1.5. Recreation (sports/games and pastime, seasons, plans)
1.6. The world around us (countries, environment)
<b>2. Attainment targets:</b>
<b>* </b><i>Listening (Nghe): </i>Nghe hiểu Tiếng Anh sử dụng trong lớp học; nghe hiểu
đoạn văn ngắn (khoảng 60 đến 80 từ), đơn giản về các chủ điểm với nội dung
ngơn ngữ được đề cập trong chương trình.
<i>* Speaking (Nói):</i> Thực hiện các yêu cầu giao tiếp hàng ngày liên quan đến
các chủ điểm và nội dung ngôn ngữ đã học trong chương trình.
<i>* Reading (Đọc):</i> Đọc hiểu nnoij dung chính các đoạn văn ngắn (khoảng 100
đến 120 từ), đơn giản trong phạm vi các chủ điểm đã học trong chương trình.
Đọc hiểu nội dung chính các văn bản trên cơ sở nhữ liệu đã học có kết hợp với
suy luận và tra cứu từ điển.
<i>* Writing (Viết):</i> Viết có hướng dẫn các đoạn văn ngắn (khoảng từ 60 đến 70
từ) mô tả hoặc báo cáo tường thuật về các hoạt động của cá nhân hoặc lớp học
trong khuôn khổ ngơn ngữ và chủ điểm của chương trình.
<b>3. Language focus:</b>
-Tenses: present simple, present progressive, future simple
- Modal verbs: can/ can’t, must/ must not.
- Wh-questions: How? What? Where? When? Why?
- Yes/ No questions.
- Imperatives: commands (positive/ negative)
- Adjectives: comparatives and superlatives of adjectives.
- Possessive case.
- Personal pronouns.
- Prepositions of position.
- Partitives: a box of, a can of
- Adverbs of frequency
- Indefinite quantifier: some, any, a few, a little, lots, a lot of
- Articals: a, an, the
- What about + V –ing...?

Sau khi học xong chương trình Tiếng Anh lớp 6, học sinh lần lượt tiếp thu
sáu chủ đề và các kỹ năng, kiến thức ngôn ngữ cơ bản sau:
<b>1. Topics:</b>
1.1. Personal information (oneself, friends, house and family)
1.2. Education (school, facilities & activities)
1.3. Community (In and around the house, places in town/ city & country,
transportation)
1.4. Health (Parts of the body, health, food and drinks, the menu)

<i>* Listening (Nghe):</i> Nghe hiểu các đoạn hội thoại ngắn, đơn giản (80 đến 100
từ) thuộc các chủ đề trong chương trình và phạm vi ngơn ngữ mà chương trình
quy định.
<i>* Speaking (Nói):</i> Nói được những câu giao tiếp đơn giản hàng ngày có liên
quan đến các chủ điểm và nội dung ngơn ngữ đã học trong chương trình. Ví dụ:
Chào hỏi, hỏi thăm sức khỏe, giới thiệu mình và người khác, nói về tuổi, nói về
thời gian, mơ tả phịng học, mô tả người, thời tiết,…
<i>* Reading (Đọc):</i> Đọc hiểu nội dung các đoạn văn ngắn, đơn giản (120 đến
150 từ) liên quan đến các chủ điểm và ngữ liệu đã học có kết hợp với suy luận
và tra cứu từ điển.
<i>* Writing (Viết):</i> Viết có hướng dẫn các thơng tin đơn giản (70 đến 80 từ)
dưới dạng các cụm từ và câu ngắn liên quan đến các chủ đề và nội dung ngơn
ngữ trong chương trình.
<b>3. Language focus </b>
- Tenses: present simple, present progressive, past simple, future simple
(Will, Be going to).
- Modal verbs: must, can, could, should, ought to may, might.
- Question words.
- Nouns: singular, plural, countable, uncountable.
- Adverbs of place, time, frequency.
- Comparisons of adjectives: comparatives and superlatives.
- Prepositions of time, place, direction.
- Indefinite qualifiers: a little, a lot/ lots of, too much.
- Sequencing: first, next, then, after that, finally.
- So, too, either, neither.
- Like + Gerund, like/ preposition + infinitive.
- Suggestions: Why don’t you…?, Let’s……., What about (+ V-ing) ?
- Compound sentences with but, and, or.
- Tích cực áp dụng phương pháp mới phù hợp với từng đối tượng để phát huy
tính tích cực của học sinh;
- Tạo mọi điều kiện để học sinh có thể làm việc theo cặp, nhóm, cá nhân một
cách thoải mái và hiệu quả trong giờ học;
- Kịp thời nắm bắt năng lực của từng đối tượng để có biện pháp giáo dục phù
hợp ở từng tiết học, từng kiểu bài, không để các em cảm thấy hụt hẩng và nhàm
chán môn học;
- Thường xuyên kiểm tra đánh giá học sinh bằng nhiều hình thức, phù hợp
với khả năng của từng đối tượng học sinh;
- Hướng dẫn học sinh chuẩn bị bài, hướng dẫn chữa bài tập đầy đủ, rõ ràng
- Thường xuyên động viên, nhắc nhở học sinh trong học tập.
