Method - Model - Talk - Practice, individual work, pair work, group work. IV. Procedures Teacher - Students’ activities 1. Warm up (5’) “Unscramble”. - Divide the class into small groups and give each group a mini-board. - Show the unscramble words and ask the groups to write the correct answers on the miniboards. E.g. okbo -> book. - The group with more correct words in shorter time will be the winner. The alphabet (5’) - T plays the alphabet song and asks Ss to listen. - T plays the CD again and sing the song. - T put the flashcards on the board for the letters in red (c and d). - T point to each flashcard, call out the letter's name and asks Ss to repeat. 2. New lesson *Activity 1. Listen and repeat. Trace. (10’) - T asks Ss to look at the letter. - T plays the CD and asks Ss to listen and repeat all together and individually.. Content. The alphabet. 1.
