- Structure: The letter has good stucture as it was divided into specific paragraphs. However,
the letter missed closing part “yours sincerely” or “your faithfully”.
- Format: The letter missed some informations such as: the subject, date and fax number of
sender.
- Content: The letter has some grammar and word mistakes. For example: “You
recommended to us by Stellman Ltd”. This is a passive sentence, so there need to have
“tobe”. In the bussiness letter, we should not use the short form of the word like “we’re”.
- Rewrite:
