ĐẶT VẤN ĐỀ

- Chấn thương lật cổ chân là một dạng chấn thương thường gặp, đặc biệt là ở những người chơi thể thao. Chấn thương này xảy ra khi dây chằng ở cổ chân bị kéo căng hoặc rách do bàn chân bị xoay vặn quá mức. - Chấn thương lật cổ chân có thể gây đau đớn, sưng tấy,

bầm tím và hạn chế vận động. Điều trị càng sớm, tỉ lệ khỏi và hạn chế tái phát càng cao.

- Phương pháp điều trị hiện tại chủ yếu bằng các phương pháp:

+ bảo tồn: chườm lạnh, băng bó, nghỉ ngơi, nâng cao chân, vật lý trị liệu

+ Phẫu thuật: áp dụng cho trường hợp chấn thương nặng, đứt hoàn toàn dây chằng hoặc có vỡ nặng các xương bàn chân
