1.K-A-P(knowledge, Attitude, Practice) :
Based on the model of KAP, Good attitude is the foundation of health
behavior;
2.AJZEN et al pointed out that people's behavior and attitude are closely
related ; The same ,the meta analysis of HUNTER and KIMMS concluded
that the attitude is the key factor affecting the behavior.

2. Result about train driver :
( 1 ( The train driver is a special kind of professional people ( Belong
to high occupational stress group.
( 2 ( There are many kinds of occupational hazard factors in the process
of driving train, which affect their health.
( 3 ( The train driver is responsible for the safety of thousands of
passengers.

Objection
1
To assess the relationship between occupational safety
attitudes and safe driving behaviors among train
drivers .
2
To put forward effective measures , provide a scientific
basis for safe driving behavior and control the security
hidden danger.

Method(2/2)
The Attitude-behavior scale:
(1) To assess occupational safety attitude in train drivers: using Attitude scale; the
scale is consisted of 25 items, obtaining negative attitude, attitudes toward safety
policy, attitudes toward management support and positive attitudes ;
In the "negative attitude", the higher the score, the more negative attitude;
In the other dimensions, the higher the score, the more positive attitude;
(2) To assess occupational safety behavior in train drivers: using behavior scale; the
scale is consisted of 15 items ,obtaining operational safety and personal protection;
the higher the score, the more negative attitude;

1.Characteristics of study subjects
All train drivers were male; the mean age and mean working age of the participants
were (37.77±8.31)and (17.94±9.46)years
