- Pupils can recognize and say the sound /i/.


- Pupil can develop fine motor control.

<b>*Warm up: Review the letters: a, b, c, d, e, f, g, h.</b>
<b>A. Presentation</b>


<i><b>1. Learn the letter</b></i>


<b>Step 1: Say I, iguana and insect. Pupils repeat the words.</b>
<b>Step 2: Write them on the board and read aloud the words. </b>
<b>Step 3: Have pupils repeat the letter Ii and letter sound.</b>
<b>Step 4: Tell pupils to practice.</b>


<b>B. Practice</b>


<i><b>2. Sing</b></i>



<b>Step 1: Play the CD. Tell pupils to listen to the song.</b>


<b>Step 2: Play the CD again and pause after each line. Sing the line and tell pupils to </b>
repeat after teacher.


<b>Step 3: Play CD again and ask pupils to sing the song.</b>

<b>Step 1: Write the number 6 and 7. </b>
<b>Step 2: Say six and seven.</b>


<b>Step 3: Point to the correct picture.</b>


<b>Step 4: Check that pupils are pointing to the correct picture.</b>
<b>B. Practice</b>


<i><b>2. Sing</b></i>


<b>Step 1: Play the CD. Tell pupils to listen to the song.</b>


<b>Step 2: Play the CD again and pause after each line. Sing the line and tell pupils to </b>
