<b>*Warm up: Review the sounds and forms of letters a, b, c, d and e.</b>
<b>A. Presentation</b>
<i><b>1. Learn the letter</b></i>
<b>Step 1: Say fan and fig. Pupils repeat the words.</b>
<b>Step 2: Write them on the board and read aloud the words. </b>
<b>Step 3: Have pupils repeat the letter word and letter sound.</b>
<b>Step 4: Tell pupils to practice.</b>
<b>B. Practice</b>
<i><b>2. Sing</b></i>
<b>Step 1: Play the CD. Tell pupils to listen to the song.</b>
<b>Step 2: Play the CD again and pause after each line. Sing the line and tell pupils to </b>
repeat after teacher.
<b>Step 3: Play CD again and ask pupils to sing the song.</b>

<b>Step 1: Repeat for all the characters in the story.</b>
<b>Step 2: Say Point to picture and check comprehension.</b>
<b>Step 3: Ask pupils questions about the story in their own language.</b>

<b>Step 1: Play the CD and pause between each frame.</b>
<b>Step 2: Ask pupils to tell you in their own language what they understood..</b>
